I bought this for my husband after a recommendation from a friend. He is 6'8 and has always had pain in his knees and hips from spots injuries. 3 or 4 days after starting on this product, he noticed a massive different from when he woke up to when he went to bed. I swear by this now and have gotten my dad and father in law onto it too!

I’ve tried a few different brands. It comes down to the amount of equivalent curcuminoids. This has 72mg. One of the Go Healthy brands has 872mgs at a fraction of the cost. Curcumin needs pepper (piper nigrum) as an activator. This has none. Don’t waste your money.
