I absolutely love this tea. It’s a smooth taste don’t need sugar I always put a little honey in it. The package is so cute with the bear on it too. Smells so good and it’s relaxing also. I have a hot water cooler so I just fil up a cup with hot water let the bag sit a couple minutes, add honey and enjoy! The brewing instructions are right on the back of the package. Also my store has them on sale a lot. But I think they’re reasonable priced for all the fancy flavors they have.

Celestial Seasoning sleepytime tea is my favorite tea. I drink it in the evenings. It makes me feel relaxed and have a good sleep every time I drink it at night. When I was in college, I used to make some for myself and my roommate. She had it for the first time, when I made her some, and she loved it. When we were roommates in college, she would buy herself some, which was when she had her first taste of it and loved it. That made me glad and made my day! Celestial Seasonings is one of the cheaper brands of teas, besides Bigelow. Both are good and affordable teas. I buy mine at Walmart and Kroger. For celestial, you’ll have to separate the packets into one packet, since there’s two packets together. Whereas, Bigelow has one packet with a string.

The Sleepytime Extra has the same flavor as the regular version (which I love), but the added valerian makes it even more relaxing. This stuff knocks me out, in a good way—I think the valerian/chamomile is a great combo. I’ve had trouble sleeping my entire life, and nearly always wake up feeling like death. I’ve tried melatonin, been prescribed sleep meds (ambien, lunesta, trazedone) and even resorted to drinking Benadryl nightly—obviously none of that was sustainable and didn’t help much. I’m sure others getting this tea have experienced the same kind of insomnia, and so this is how I’ve had some success: 1. Make this tea a part of your nighttime routine. Think of it as a trigger. You need to program your brain to know that when you drink this tea, it’s time for bed. This will take a few week, but try to be consistent. You’re building a habit. 2. I personally mix 300mg of theanine into the tea to help with sleep quality. There have been studies done with this amino acid in regards to relaxation and sleep, and I find that I wake up earlier, feeling much more rested. Theanine is not very expensive, you can order it on Amazon from Bulk Supplements. 3. Stay off your phone, TV, and computer at night. Blue light inhibits your brain’s natural production of melatonin, which makes it even more difficult to sleep. It took me a long time to find something that worked. Try it for a couple weeks and maybe it will work for you too.

Celestial Seasonings Sleepytime Tea is absolutely wonderful! The taste is soothing and calming, with a perfect blend of chamomile, spearmint, and other relaxing herbs. The quality is top-notch, with every cup delivering a consistent, rich flavor that’s both comforting and delicious. As for the effect, it truly lives up to its name—I feel noticeably more relaxed and ready for a peaceful night’s sleep after enjoying a cup. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a natural, delicious way to wind down!
A rather apt name Sleepytime certainly gives off that settling effect. My daughter has her warm cuppa at the appropriate time mid evening before going off to sleep. All your Celestial Tea Brands seem to contain a most interesting mixture of types of fruits & plant flowers which all add to the distinct flavours of your teas. In this instanceyou realise especially the affect that the inclusion of theChamomile flowers have on your overall feeling of calmness that settling effect happens & its bedtime next.Helena H
A bedtime bliss! Celestial Seasonings Sleepytime Herbal Tea is a heavenly concoction that lulls you into relaxation. The soothing blend of chamomile, spearmint, and lemongrass creates a comforting and aromatic experience. The tea bags are individually wrapped, preserving the freshness for a nightly ritual. With its gentle and calming effects, this caffeine-free tea has become an essential part of my bedtime routine. Five stars for the tranquil taste and the serenity it brings to the evening. A must-have for a restful sleep!
this blend offers top quality ingredients to add to your evenings. I have been drinking different blends from this brand for a few years now, and I definitely taste the difference in quality. this herbal tea blend offers mild smell and flavor. replacing a few cups of coffee with this tasty natural tea offers many benefits, the size is standard, yet the flavor is so mild you can make only one cup of tea from each tea bag, not the way I wish it to be! the package is beautiful, as are the rest from this brand. recommended for any mild night tea lovers. I have no doubt will enjoy this blend of you mild tea is your first choice!I will definitely order other blends from this brand, just not this one, as it is way too mild for my personal taste.
It's one of my favorite evening teas. I enjoy having a hot cup of tea a few hours before bedtime. I even lost weight with this delicious tea; it replaced my evening dessert. It's very pleasant and indeed has a relaxing effect. However, the number of tea bags in the package is small, which is a problem for me. I brew one bag in a mug because I only need to drink one mug, and then I throw away the used bag. One bag equals one cup of tea, which isn't economical
I've been drinking Celestial Seasonings teas for decades, and this non-caffeinated, herbal Sleepy time formula is one of the three I keep in constant rotation. It's a gentle, mild flavored tea made mostly of chamomile to sooth you and spearmint to reduce the impact of stress, as well as aid in digestion and blood sugar regulation. I drink this tea to wind down at the end of the day, and to support a better night's sleep, especially in the fall and winter months. I love the environmentally minded packaging, as well as the high quality surfing of this tea's ingredients. Highly recommended, especially as part of an evening routine!
been having this herbal tea for decades. the formular is great, full of pleasant fragrance and taste. it helps to relax those who are too stressful to fall asleep. for the newbies of this tea, may fall asleep really quickly after having it. I really witnessedsuch cases. as you have it constantly, it acts slower but doesn't weaken too much. some people may worry going to bathroom in the middle of the night after drinking a tea to bed. you may have this tea a couple of hours before bed. it works well too.
