Centrum Adults Multivitamin and Multimineral Supplement Tablets X30

I've been taking Centrum Silver for Women for two years. I purchased it because it has Ocuvite for eye health among other vitamins and minerals. I really have not seen a big difference in my eye health. I really don't feel energetic either. I guess it helps somewhat because my labs are pretty normal. I used a different brand of vitamin that was excellent. It gave me energy and made me feel better without eating and eating like another brand which was discontinued. While I find the price of Centrum Silver for Women to be very good, I know there are better vitamins out there for older women.

Take one a day for prevention and added vitamins, brand name, trusted and high quality, used as a Senior Citizen and male. Only issue, is the size of the vitamin makes it difficult for me to swallow. Otherwise it is worth the money, and difficulty in swallowing.

This product is super good for people with a lack of vitamins in their body, since it helps to have better health. I highly recommend it. We can also find it in several stores. It is a very sold product due to its high quality.

My toddler happily takes HIS chewable vitamin, so I figured I would try doing the same. And it's honestly a lot easier to remember to take because I enjoy the taste, and so look forward to it a bit.The taste isn't amazing and to die for, and took a bit of adjusting to. But it's rather pleasant. Maybe a combination of a delicious citrus candy combined with Tums....lol. Centrum silver vitamins are a very good brand of vitamins. Very high quality and the packs come in different sizes. I love taking these vitamins, they make me feel good and no bad flavor in my mouth after i take it. I look for the bigger jars if i can find them in the store because i take them every night and that way they last me alot longer. They are loaded with lots of different vitamins and minerals unlike some of the other brands u buy out on the market. these really are much healthier for you too.

After taking Centrum silver Women 50+ for a few months I felt a noticeable improvement in how I felt day to day. I've never really considered vitamins essential since I eat a week balanced diet, but I guess just making sure that all the vitamins are included everyday makes that little extra boost that's needed. Noe it took a while to notice the difference, but little differences were first, skin, hair, nails improved a little, and gradually everything else too.

My problem is I never eat fruit, more over, I hate fruit so much. The fact that my organism never consumes vitamins vital for my well being and proper functioning of my organs, I always need vitamin replacements through vitamin tablets. I've just started receiving Centrum multivitamin to boost my immune system and raise the vitamin reserve in spring as we all know our body organism is depleted from the minerals or vitamins during these seasons specifically. So far I'm really happy with the outcome as my nails and hair got stronger and my skin isn't that much flaky as it was before using Centrum.

Have these on the shelf for whenever I'm not feeling my gummy form of vitamins. I've actually been told by a medical professional absorbtion is different for both forms of vitamins. So that being said I'd suggest whenever an upset stomach or sensitivity occurs to use accordingly but still take your daily supplements. I bought for my dad and he has been using this for almost 10 years. He takes 1 tablet everyday in the morning . This supports overall bone health. It maintains healthy skin and immune system. I recommend centrum to everyone heading 50+

I believe Centrum Silver is a great product, my 96 year old Father has been on it for many a years, recommended by his family doctor. I started using it when I turned 60 and do think it helps me, as once I didn't have it for a week and I felt weaker. The packaging is simple and clean, not cluttered with things that don't need to be there. The product is easy to use and easy to open for adults. I would recommend this to all my friends and family.
