A lot of men don't take multivitamins because we're not that conscious about our health. I was like this a few years ago, but after getting sick too many times and visiting a nutritionist I changed my entire perspective of multivitamins. And when I started taking a multivitamin I started with Centrum Silver for Men +50 even though I am only 20-years old. Why? Because these vitamins have an extra percentage of vitamin and minerals designed for elderly men who don't eat healthy, and as you can imagine a lot of young men like myself don't eat healthy so it really covers you in the vitamin and mineral department. They also have trace of a supplement that helps with eye health, which is fantastic.

I got recommended to take Centrum Performance pills to get out of a depression and a slight urinary tract infecton, so I did and what I have to say is, you can take it IF you need a boost and you cannot drink coffee. This pills don't give you energy, they keep you awake, that's it.On the other hand, the expiration date is too soon! If you make the reserch, among multivitaminics they expire after 6 months up 1 year, and Centrum expires within 4 months? It helped me to get out of that miserable picture, but now I'm better I won't take it, like never.

Centrum is one of those products people purchase because of its availability and affordability. However, this product does not provide good value for the money spent. It has low effectiveness due to the use of synthetic ingredients with poor bioavailability. Synthetic Vitamin A and Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) may cause mild toxicity if taken in high doses over long periods of time. Look into One daily multivitamins instead.

First off, the pills are pretty good in regards to effectiveness. I did not like how big the pills were which made it hard to swallow, the taste was also pretty sour and mid if the capsule broke.
