I had no idea that Clairol made toners like this! I have pale blonde hair and have always wanted it dyed or tinged pink - this toner from Clairol is perfect for me!! I really love the color it left in my hair ; it’s not too pink, but definitely still noticeable. It turns brassy, blonde hair into a beautiful pink shade. I feel like a ton of shades of blonde could pick up the pink tint in this, making it a basically universal product to other people looking into trying a color-depositing toner! I would recommend this to a friend because it’s an inexpensive option when you cannot afford to get your hair professionally done/toned. I’m happy I got to try it in exchange for my honest review! :)

This Blonde it Up Toner is amazing! I bleached my hair before using the product and my hair was YELLOW! I typically have my hair done by someone else but wanted to try myself this time, and I’m pleasantly surprised by the results. A couple of days after bleaching my hair, I decided to use the Rose Quartz toner and my hair went from yellow and brassy, to a pretty and bright blonde with pink hues. I’m happy with the results since it was my first time doing my own hair. My hair is still wet in the after photo but I think it looks pretty good. I plan on purchasing more so I can have pink hair!

I’m disappointed in the results of this toner. My hair was freshly highlighted just a few days prior. You can see in my before & after photos that it did tone out the brassy-ness, however. It made my hair so dark that it made my highlights no longer visible much at all. Even my lightest highlights just barely show the supposed rose effect. (Which you can on the box is supposed to be very dramatic) in the future I’ll stick to a standard purple toner as this tends to lighten the highlights .

First impressions: nice box, easy to follow instructions, product smelt nice, not irritating on the scalp at all, easy to apply, left my hair feeling nice afterwards. Colour lasted well, in excess of 2-3 weeks (washing about once every 3 days). The only reason I haven't marked 5* is because the colour is not the colour advertised on the front of the box, or on the guidance colours on the back. My blonde was a level 1 to start with so I would expect the toner to produce a bright pink. That being said the colour is lovely and I would describe it as a muted dusky rose. I would use again in the future and would be interested in also trying the other colours. Thanks Clairol and Home tester club!
I loved the outcome. U found the instructions easy to follow and I was concerned about damage to my hair. Because I tend to use cor deposit dyes only, not usually any box dyes. But I was very happy that there was no damage and my hair feels nice and looks very shiny!! The color is also very nice. I must say, if you have alot of hair, like I do, one box is not enough! Honestly with my thick and long hair, it would take probably 3 boxes to properly saturate and do the job right. That's my one complaint. I would like to see companies be more generous with the product.

I was beyond excited and ready to try out this color toner. I love baby pink hair and it’s my usual go to and from the picture that’s what it was close to. The ends of my hair were bleached to a level 9 because I used to have rainbow hair and had to keep it pretty light. When I finished my hair looked almost all brown! I’m so sad because I genuinely loved my two toned hair and now I don’t love my hair at all. However it feels amazing. So soft and my curls are nice and bouncy.
I was so excited when I got this Rose Quartz toner for free from the Home Testers Club in exchange for my review. I bleach washed my hair from hot pink so it had the remnants of a pink hue but almost blond. I used this on my hair the next day. I loved how pretty this shade was. The kit was easy to use. I hated the cheap gloves in the box, so I used my own, but the products ended up making my hair almost metallic pastel pink lavender at first. It was quite dark at first, but with each shampoo the tone brightens. I really liked this Rose Quartz toner and would buy it again.
