Truly thrilled with this purchase. Absolutely no scent making it perfect to use anywhere on your face or body.Really wish this came in a larger tube. Skin on my hands becomes so dry on the pads of my fingers and in the creases of the joints on my index fingers and thumbs, the skin splits. It's very painful. This immediately soothed and relieved these spots! I LOVE this new product, thank you!

This product has hardly anything in it, the pump action is nonsense, I will never buy this expensive cream again unless they put it in a tube, you don't know when it's finished either, the top, pump takes up most of the tube and there is very little product.

Very soothing with just enough hydrating properties. Has significantly calmed reactive skin within a week. Even better that it’s fragrance-free. Impressed.
I had a really bad acne breakout on my forehead and the lady infront of me in shoppers gave me her sample because she didn't want it and I tried it on my forehead and within a few days my forehead had completely cleared up. This stuff is magic.
I can't say enough good things about this product. I've recently been suffering with an increased redness on my face. This was recommended to me by a Clarins therapist, and honestly it has made such a difference. My redness calms down within 15 minutes of using this. I am using it morning and evening and my redness is a lot more under control.
Lovely soothing cream but the pump dispenser is not good. I had to pump it about 20 times before any product emerged and then more came out than I needed. I am cancelling the auto-replenishmrnt on this one. I would buy it in a normal tube. I hope Clarins listens!
I'm not sure why Clarins changed the format of their moisturising cream for sensitive skin. It used to be in a jar and was easy to use. Now the pump action tube is not so user friendly. The moisturiser is probably just as good for sensitive skin but the tube only dispenses very small amounts. I'm not sure I will buy this product again.
I actually bought this in error 3 tubes of it thinking it was Calm Essential Soothing Emulsion . I need a moisturiser that replaces the sensitive skin moisturiser that is now discontinued .The Calm Essential Soothing Repairing Balm is much thicker and I realised my mistake the first time I used it I’m sure it is very good for repairing troubled skin . I am now landed with 3 tubes 2 unopened which I don’t need . So beware if you’re wanting Soothing Emulsion scroll down further it’s tucked away !
I got a sample of this balm when I made a purchase. Thought I'd never used it because I have a combination dry skin and I have been using Lancome and Shiseido anti-aging line. all of a sudden after a stormy day I washed my face, my skin started peeling, the entire cheek, and around the eye were irritated and nothing could go in absorb, so forget about the highend firming antigating serum or elixir, nothing went in the second layer of the skin that has losing its outer layer....I grabbed this life saving balm. put a layer on the peeled area, after a a couple days, my skin recvoered, now I am continuously on the Clarins Sentisitive set, the toner, the emulsion and oil. they all helped me to recover within a week.
