Me and my two kids tried each of the 3 flavors of these chewy granola bars. My 3 year old didn't care for any of them, but my 5 year old loved them. I also really liked them. I usually prefer kids granola bars instead of the adult because I like the size better which holds true for these as well. I appreciate how not overly frosted they are! The new flavor (changed) is only average. The old White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Flavor was excellent. Should have never changed the recipe. I opened a box today that was the old recipe and it was the best. New recipe has less sugar but there is a big difference in the taste. Please go back to the old recipe. Have people sample the 2 and ask for their opinions. Old recipe would get 5 stars easily!!!!!!! My younger son won't eat the new recipe bar either. He noticed the difference right away.
These are one of the healthier of the Clif bars in that they're significantly lower fat than some of the other options. They're still pretty calorific and dense but just nowhere near as bad as some of the but-based options. I'vet ried these clif bars in a few different flavours and I think that the Blueberry Crisp is probably one of the better ones though not quite as good as the Chocolate Chip. Overall they're like pretty sweet soft flapjack but a little bit "sticky" on your hands - the Blueberry one isn't quite so sickly rich as some of the others but still very sweet. Good value when on offer at ?1 each, less so at full price. Personally I'd recommend the Chocolate Chip flavour instead.

The ZBar Clif Kids varieties are delicious, but not necessarily nutritious. The second ingredient in each of the bars is tapioca syrup, which is a more natural sweetener. This is much better than using corn syrup or high fructose corn syrup, but whenever a sweetener is the 2nd ingredient in a product, that's usually a sign that it's not healthy for you.For those parents who are looking for a better alternative to Chewy granola bars, this is it. The ingredients are organic, which means that glyphosate is not used in the production of the oats. From a comparison standpoint, I would choose this any day over the traditional chewy bars.These are quite yummy, as long as you remember that they aren’t a health food and are meant to be served as an occasional dessert.
This flavor used to be my favorite. It was a good breakfast bar for me especially when I had gestational diabetes 5years ago (my dietician did the calculation). I didn’t know the recipe was changed when I got pregnant with my 2nd. I bought a huge pack of them because I had gestational again and knew they were a safe breakfast for me on the go. It has been almost year (if not more) and I still cannot finish them because they taste so bad. They are now overly sweet and no longer contain any macadamia nut pieces. I am just going to toss the rest. I tried but I just can’t force myself to eat them anymore. I like the Clif Bar Cool Mint Brownie ones now. Please don’t mess with that one, Clif!
I tried the regular Cliff Bars as a quick, somewhat healthy, snack while I'm running errands and forget to eat. They are a quick fix, and keep hunger at bay for an hour+. However, they are way too sweet. 21 g of sugar compared to 6 g in a Hershey Bar. I tried the Builder's Protein Bars. I liked them better because they taste less sweet, but they still have 17 g of sugar. A lot of the reviewers for the Builders commented negatively on the sweetness. Maybe you can offer versions that have less sugar for those of us who don't want something sweeter than a candy bar. Or, you target the regular Cliff bars for the average consumer who doesn't mind the sweetness. Then, target the Builders Bars for people who don't want all the extra sugar.
