I was very impressed after the first use of this Iron, as it really creates a smooth effect on the hair, leaving it sleek. I found that I didn't have to go over sections again and again. I also use my straightners to curl my hair and found these to be lovely aswell as straightening.I do like the Touch aspect, its very easy to use and literally requires a gentle tap together! The heat control is also easy to use and I figured out quickly how to change the temp. I love how quick it heats up and the auto switch off is a very good feature, as there is no reason to panic that you've left your straightners on! I ummed and arrred for a while about purchasing these or replacing my old GHDs but I’m so glad I chose these. The straighteners themselves look lovely they are lightweight and amazing quality. I love that I can change the heat settings and style my hair on a lower setting which is working just the same but for me it’s not making my hair as flat as it looks with the higher heat which is fab. Also love the touch settings (no more did I forget to turn them off) as they automatically switch off and you just tap them to turn them back on. They heat up really quick and just feel lovely on your hair. Very impressed ! These straighteners leave my hair shiny and frizz free all day. Having used another brand for 17 years and thought I would try these instead when my old set failed. My 18 year old daughter keeps borrowing them as she says they give her better, drag- free curls than her branded straighteners. The 3 year warranty is an added bonus as is the storage case . I would certainly recommend based on my personal experience.

This works like a dream.I didn't realise how bad my GHD was until I tried this. I didn't know that my GHD was "dragging" my hair! My GHD would take forever to heat up and just leave my hair frizzy after straightening. I don't know why but I just thought that this was normal!?Anyway, this just glides over my hair, its so so quick and my hair feels so silly smooth. Also stays straighter for longer! Love it. Never going back.Also comes with a cute little keyring hehe
Love the touch iron. Heats up really quickly to start styling. Can straighten/ wave and curl too. My hair is thick, curly and frizzy but it takes no time at all to style with the cloud nine touch iron. I also love how they automatically turn off so I never have to worry about whether I’ve switched them off! Would highly recommend.
Excellent quality. Easy to use. Great protection features and if not used turn off within a minute great for if you have kids around nice safety feature. Lovely to use and nice looking. Feel good in the hand. Intuitive festures like tapping together to turn on. Bought for partner who loves them. Nice case woth then too. Told me what she liked about them.

In this respect, beats GHDs, which I've also had, hands down. I use them every day for work, just a quick going over to smooth away overnight kinks. Not the cheapest, but worth it when in good order!! Hence the 3*.However, I bought a pair 6 months ago direct from CN, and was incredibly disappointed that they suddenly stopped heating up one morning without warning. None of the dreaded beeps - just all of a sudden, caput.Of course, being still under warranty, I had to send them back - which was a faff - and wait for either a repair or replacement. Decided to purchase the Touch Iron having read some positive reviews about it. I had been using GHDs but they unfortunately stopped working. The Touch item was a good price so decided to give them a try and am glad I did. I have natural waves and curls, which tend to frizz quite easily. If I want to have my hair straight, I normally need to straighten my hair each day. With the touch Iron not only do these glide through my hair nicely, but I don't have to straighten my hair each day as it keeps for at least two days which is great.
I had the Cloud 9 wide plate straighteners before. They developed a loose connection, or something. So I got these. At first I didn't like them, because I wasn't used to not being able to turn the temperature up and down. Like my old ones. It went a lot lower setting. And I only used it on 150° there are 2 settings on this. But you have to tap the plates together 3 times, or 2 to change back. They automatically shut off after 30 seconds.I mean They make your hair amazingly soft and silky. Just wish there were more heat settings.
I've had these for a few months now and I use them a lot. The build quality on them is great. They're sturdy and light and the auto shut off gives peace of mind. However, not the easiest to use. For the price I would have expected them to glide through hair with ease, they don't. The seem to get stuck on my hair and rip more out of my head than straighten. I have naturally straight hair (only use straightners for that morning frizz or the odd unruly patch) so really there's no reason for the difficulties. I'm exceptionally sad about it because I'd heard such good things about the brand and waited ages to purchase them. Yet my old £20 pair gave me less pain.
