I am currently running a Ryzen 3900X on an Asus X570 pro motherboard. The memory is working just fine on its D.O.C.P. profile of 3600MHz, I don't overclock my computer so I can't comment on stability above and beyond its rated speed. The computer has been stable with no BSOD or lockups. Excellent value from CCL computers. This memory has a base speed of 2133MHz and is paired with another set of Corsair memory which has a base speed of 2666MHz. The memory chips are from different manufacturers as well, however the motherboard has enabled the D.O.C.P. profile satisfactorily. It is normally recommended that you use the same speed and memory chips from the same manufacturer, so have I been fortunate I can't say but so far so good.

Pros: XMP profiles offer tight memory timings for non-specific high cost modules. XTried in several DDR4 mother boards both AMD & Intel, and no issues with compatibility at all running both XMP (& AMD equivalent) and JEDEC speeds. Even used in 4 x DIMM configurations (sold as dual modules), the RAM chips have all been Micron manufactured so can mix multiple packs of this RAM no problems.Cons: Would like to see faster timings but these are down to how binned the RAM chips themselves are sorted. Price obviously could be cheaper but worldwide economics during this pandemic has created shortages which increase cost.

Chose this memory for it's compatability with the Ryzen 9 i had chosen for my build.Decided on 32gb ( 2x 16gb ) to hopefully have it last for a while before needing an upgrade. Plus as seen in the picture, my choice of air cooler has made it so i can only use 2 of the DIMM slots :PThis is my first PC build, but can say that so far i am very happy with how it alll came together. The Corsair DDR4 memory being a good part of that whole.Only minor issue was getting the RGB to work with the Aura Sync, even with the icue aura sync add-on. Solved this by removing armory crate software and using a slightly older Aura Sync software installation. It now all syncs in nicely :)

I was originally running Trident Z Royals 3600 MHz. The Ram needs no introduction and I really loved the way they looked. But i wanted my build to be cleaner and decided to go with Corsair to sync all the lights using iCue. For what it’s worth, this Ram kit does exactly what I want it to. The timings could be better and yes there are better RAM kits out there, but unless you’re a hardcore enthusiast, it really does not matter and you won’t notice a difference in real world situations. Highly recommend for anyone that’s not looking to break the bank on RAM that’s looking to go with Corsair.FUN FACT- iCue also works with ASUS Aura sync so if you have any Corsair product you can have your ASUS products sync lights with it or vice versa! Really neat
Nice memory sticks. Install was textbook. I was concerned they were not supported for my motherboard, because they came out after the motherboard's approved/tested list, and they are optimized for AMD Ryzen when I'm using an i9. They worked like a charm and ran the Microsoft memory diagnostic to be on the safe side. Also downloaded the iCue software and can control the light pattern speed, colors etc. You can even set the colors based on memory temperature. I liked the price, the fact that it worked, and the coloring software works easily too. Good Job Corsair!
UPDATE: I have this RAM running stable at C16 (16-20-20-40). It doesn't make much of a difference for benchmarks (I don't think Ryzen 3rd gen cares all that much about timings) but it works. I bought four sticks in two separate transactions, so it's not like they're binned/matched or anything. I'm pretty happy with this RAM. I could try to tighten the timings further, or maybe raise the speed a bit, but I'm satisfied with what it's doing now. This RAM runs perfectly under XMP, which it should, since that is its advertised speed, but as we all know, not all of them do. The timings aren't the best, but looking at Ryzen 3 benchmarks with various timings and clocks, there doesn't seem to be very much gain going to even C14 at 3600 with Ryzen 3rd gen, and that would be ... MoreUPDATE: I have this RAM running stable at C16 (16-20-20-40). Pros: Beautiful LEDs and performance is superbNo issues regarding how it runs and being detected by the ICUE softwareChanging the LED settings on the ICUE software was a breeze and I loved how I can change each of the LEDs indivdually, I have them in a nice pastel gradient which looks beautiful in my case. They aren't harsh tones and so fade nicely between the colours, e.g. I have one LED set to a peach colour and immediately afterwards a sky blue colour and it doesn't look bad.Cons: Price point. It seems pretty expensive but that's Corsair for you. I wish there were more offers on it. Also I didn't think it made much sense having such a small price gap between the DDR 3000 and 3200. That might just be me though. This is my first time buying RAM in a really long time, so my experience with it is limited at this point. With that said, bought my computer with 16GB RAM included. Decided to double the capacity. Now when I'm editing videos or streaming, my RAM usage rarely hits close to 100%. So far the RAM sticks have been working great and I haven't noticed any glaring issues since they were added to my computer. The lights on the sticks are merely a bonus. Surprisingly, they are pretty nice, since my tower has a good bit of window for them to shine through. The one caveat is that these sticks of RAM are a bit beefier, as far as the casing goes, than your average RAM stick might be. I was able to get the 2nd one inserted okay, but it did take a tiny bit of wrangling because one ... MoreThis is my first time buying RAM in a really long time, so my experience with it is limited at this point. The one caveat is that these sticks of RAM are a bit beefier, as far as the casing goes, than your average RAM stick might be. I was able to get the 2nd one inserted okay, but it did take a tiny bit of wrangling because one of the tower fans actually almost blocked it. But not quite. Mostly, the issue was being able to grasp the RAM stick and holding it at the right angle. The fan actually blocked my fat fingers more than it did the stick, which was the real issue. Once I was able to find the finger agility, the RAM popped right in easy as pie. So make sure you have circus-level finger agility if your tower is a bit cramped around the RAM slots.
The only reason I bought RAM with LED's is because it was on special offer even though the heat sinks are on the tall side they are well made unlike some other manufacturers who cheap out on the thickness of the aluminium. The iCUE software is bloaty & buggy even if you are only installing it to use the RAM for a CPU temperature indicator, the timings don't like being lowered much but you should see a nice performance gain at 3733MHz which has been stable for over 18 months.I have used Corsair RAM for 15 years (DDR2, DDR3 & now DDR4) & have never had any problems you can't go far wrong with Corsair RAM.
Initially I had a issue with my new MSI X570 Tomahawk not posting with this memory. I had already built my system with CPU, Cooler and memory installed. I created my USB bios flash drive, inserted into flash port and hit the flash button. System turned on, USB had flashing led for a few minutes. System shut down by itself and then rebooted. Instantly the memory was recognized and the computer posted. Updated bios did the trick. Everything after that has been flawless. So far there have been zero issues with the memory. I ran Prime95 and MemTest and no issues at all. RGB I could care less about. Memory has been great so far. Have been using Corsair products for years.
