Relatively easy to set up with someone who knows all the ins and outs of your service provider. I didn’t use the app to set up, just hard wired the router into my computer. The app is good to see who’s connected to your Wi-Fi and you can set up a temporary password for guests.The speed is very good, I was getting just over 900 on my iPhone 12 Pro on Sparks fibre 1000.Value for money, I think you’ll struggle to find better.

Our previous router was a white Huawei provided by Spark. Its signal wouldn't penetrate multiple walls or cover the whole house perfectly, and we live in a single floor 3 bedroom home.I picked this D-Link up on sale and set it up very easily. The whole house is now covered perfectly, the WiFi speed has roughly quadrupled, there's no more manually switching between 5 and 2.4 Ghz bands depending on where in the house you are, and I'm able to use port forwarding for PS4 remote play outside now. Happy with the purchase.

The latest version of firmware removes the DFS option from the Advanced WiFi settings, which means it no longer transmits on the 160MHz band.To get the most out of this router, I would highly recommend making sure you are on a version of firmware that has the DFS option, as well as turn auto-update off.

I am so happy my internet working prefect before I was using the provider modern but couldn’t get to use the wifi outside the house area but I can use anywhere upstairs and downstairs no problems so what you waiting for buy DLink, I tried 3 years using provider modem but the internet dropped and couldn’t download anything but now I am enjoying my movie S, games, facebook and many more programs.
