I had purchased this product some years ago. I had a small remainder in the original package, it was stored upright in a storage tub in its package in the tied closed plastic store bag after purchase as I had used much of it and closed it up. I stashed it in the tub, sealed tight. When organizing my closet with the remainder of the product in the bag with the package closed snugly it had absorbed about an inch of water in the package. It truly absorbed moisture even in those sealed up conditions in the utility tub among tools and other items. It works.

I got a sample of DampRid Moisture Absorber to try out and it absolutely works! I have always used DampRid for any moisture reduction problem and loved the way this works! We have had a lot of rain lately and my husband left his car windows down and some water got inside the car. We put a plastic container of DampRid on the flooring carpeting and overnight there was water captured in the plastic container and left no mildew whatsoever in the carpeting! Great product! Highly recommend!

Works wonders just like the other DampRid products that I have used in the past. Helps me not have to worry about mold and mildew developing in my house, and it keeps away the musty odors that come along with moisture. This refill bag fits well inside of the DampRid containers and is very easy to use. No problems at all with my experience, and I would highly recommend for anyone experiencing any problems with moisture at all. These products work wonders and I'm so thankful to have a product like this available!

These moisture absorbers are great to have on-hand. I keep some in the bathrooms, just to keep the moisture down. They really help control moisture in the air, and they freshen the air without heavy perfumes. It’s easy to tell when they need to be replaced, and disposal couldn’t be easier. They really do help!

Love that they come in a refill bag instead of having to buy a whole bucket each time I need a new one. I like this unscented version because it’s very clear that the musty odor is gone and not just covered up. The product is easy to use, just shake them up and pour in the bucket and keep the bag sealed tightly until you need it again. It does a good job of attracting and trapping the water
Loving these refills for DampRid! Best feature - resealable! Love how you refill then just seal it back up! Honestly these last a very long time too! And I put as much as I want too when I refill, which I really like! In smaller rooms, I use less than larger rooms! Highly recommend!
I want to start off by saying this is a go to for Florida. If there's a humid area and needs to have the humidity taken out I recommend this. I started off by buying the little containers that are refillable and now I just buy these big bags to refill them with. They are most reasonably priced at Walmart. I don't like the ones with fragrance because the fragrance is too strong but the ones that are without the fragrance or just great. You will be surprised where you can put this and pull moisture out. I put one even in the air handler closet for the air conditioner and it pulls moisture out of there. I have a musty smelling antique armoire and I put one in there and it made all the smell go away and pulled the moisture out of it. This is an excellent product.
We have both a vent and window in our bathroom. However, the shower is large, and used frequently. As a result, I could feel and smell the dampness as soon as I walk in. DampRid has done a beautiful job of eliminating the damp odor and the mold. I was stunned by how much water was in the container after just 2 days. Our bathroom smells fresh and clean, and the mold is not forming in the shower corners. This stuff is amazing.
