I got this DampRid Hi-Capcity Moisture Absorber Bucket for my damp basement. I live in Michigan and a lot of people here have problems with damp musky smelling basements due to so much moisture. I put the DampRid Hi-Capacity Moisture Absorber Bucket in my basement and after a couple days noticed a nice improvement. The moisture level seemed do go down and there was less of a musky smell. The set up is very easy: all you do is simply removed the plastic lid, leave the top seal in place and put the bucket where you want it. There also is red arrow that shows you the water level for when to replace the bucket. I am not sure how long it would take before you have to replace your bucket because that would all depend on how large of space you put it in the frist place. ...
