The sharpener is better than others Ive used with the guides giving a good consistent edge. The only issue I have is that it cuts out after 2-3 minutes of use. I believe I read that before buying but decided to purchase anyway. So its a good machine but dont sit done expecting to sharpen 5 knife without a break. It basically allows enough time to sharpen one, then have a 3 minute break and use again. So make yourself a coffee between knives and its fine.

I was given this meat mincer as a Christmas gift. So wish I was given something else. This is a complete waste of time and money. The product is cheap and does not function at all as advertised. I am a avid home cook and was looking forward to making homemade sausages.This mincer does not mince at all, all the meat came out in a clump and it does not mince the fat pieces at all.Complete waste of produce, money, time and effort.Do yourself a favour and buy something else, you will just be wasting your money with this piece of rubbish.

Works well and seems to give a good edge to my knives .Though if your looking for something to get very dull and blunt knives sharp again suggest seeking a professionalThis product is very good for keeping that edge sharp

Its ok but i wouldn't call it chef quality. It does a nice job however, just need a bit of practice to get the timing right. All my knives are sharp now big and small. Its easy enough to use and beats doing my knives by hand. Good value for money. Definitely recommended.
I've had blunt knives for years and all it took was one go at sharpening and I enjoy using them again - finally! After reading the instructions, my only concern was how to angle the knife on a 16 deg slant but I didn't need to worry because they made the cutting slot already angled. All the hassle taken out! And I found out that it sharpens scissors and screwdrivers as well! Another bonus? It has a shaving container to capture the shavings instead of cleaning it off your bench. It's a little bulky but what else can I expect from a machine with two grinders inside of it? I think it's a quality, must-have appliance and what's more, I bought it on special! Thumbs up from me...
I bought this knife sharpener about a month ago, this is my first time buying one and i am absolutely in love with it, it makes my knives so sharp and makes it like brand new. i suggest everyone buy this knife sharpener
This sharpener works efficiently. If there is any downside it is prone to overheat if you have too many knives to sharpen. Now I have them all done I need only to sharpen a few at a time. Great sharpening equipment to have in my home.
the product is well made but does not give knives the sharp edge as advertised. Easy to use but seems to be blunting my knives rather than sharpening them.
