Dermalogica Circular Hydration Serum - 30ml

I've shopped at Beauty Affairs for a few years now without a problem, however last week my package was stolen- at the fault of the courier. I purchased around $200+ of skincare and was completely devastated when it happened, as I didn't think I would be able to get it resent or refunded because it wasn't Beauty Affair’s fault. I contacted them and to my surprise, they immediately offered to resend or refund my purchase, not only that but they included a gift! I have never had such exceptional customer service from any other company in my whole life! CIRCULAR HYDRATION SERUM

For many years it has felt like wanting to put your face in the water so skin could be fully hydrated. I have tried most of the cosmetics from the pharmacy. In great trouble, a couple of brand cosmetics were also tried. I have also done microneedling (in addition to regular facials). Nothing has taken away that unpleasant feeling. On the surface, the skin is moisturized, but it seems as if it is about to crack due to extreme dryness. The serum alleviated the feeling of dryness a little from the first use. But already on the third time I forgot about the problem for a moment. I noticed that the skin does not itch, there is no feeling of suffocation. Then it got even better. Great product!

Effective but not quite right for me

Dermalogica recently launched a new hydration serum, the Circular Hydration Serum, and I had a chance to test it free in exchange for my honest review.The Circular Hydration Serum has 3 goals: to immediately quench dehydrated skin, to replenish skin from within and to prevent future dehydration. The ingredients highlighted to achieve the goals are: an enhanced form of Hyaluronic Acid, an Algae-infused moisturizing matrix and Polyglutamic Acid from fermented soy. My occasional sensitivity reacted at first, with a hint of irritation, then settled after further use. Hydrating serum that is refreshing

The Dermalogica Circular Hydration Serum is a very hydrating serum to use and is paired perfectly with the microcurrent treatments in the evenings before I go to bed.I put a light layer on 3 x sections on my face and use the microcurrent device with the serum and find they pair very well. The serum texture allows the microcurrent device to glide smoothly across my face without hindering the microcurrent treatments. Afterwards, I gently massage the remaining serum into my face and this replaces my night cream as I find the serum is hydrating enough.I wake up the next day and can still see and feel that my skin looks very hydrated and moisturised. I received this product complimentary from Dermalogica.I have a combo dry skin that can get very dry especially during colder month and change of a season. My skin has been feeling very dry and I was looking for product that can boost hydration.I like dermalogica circular hydration serum as it gives me immediate and long lasting hydration. It has a light citrus type of smell that dissipate fast once applied. The serum is light weight, slightly viscous, and spreads easily over my skin. It's slightly sticky right after application for me, but the immediate hydration that I can feel is totally worth it. I tried this product because my barrier serum sold out. Needless to say I am so glad I did. The texture is perfect and you can feel how hydrating it is right after you put it on. I'm in love with this product and already bought another bottle!This is the only product I've found that REALLY hydrates your skin. I deal with allergies and use r e tin a so my skin will get super dry and flaky at times. I've never found a product that hydrates so well and combats the dry skin to non-existence.I also noticed this product smoothed out any forehead wrinkles that appear when my skin is too dry. I took the time to write this review because the product is THAT good. As others wrote it is worth every penny.

One of the best hyaluronic acids I’ve tried

Is this a magic potion that will restore your skin back to its youthfulness of your teenage self? No. Is it pricey a little. Is it worth it? In my opinion, yes. I have been using Dermalogica since the very early 2000’s I have tried other things and always come back to this brand. #1 it holds the Leaping Bunny symbol and because, again in my opinion it’s the best product, for my skin. I only use a few items, special cleansing gel, pre cleanse, daily micro exfoliant, active moist and this product. I don’t go in for anti aging products from anyone. I’m pro age. Product is great but bottle not full

I purchased this after getting a free sample. It worked great in hydrating my skin. I tend to be oily and dry at the same time. This worked great and didn’t feel too sticky. It soaked right into my skin and my makeup looked great after using this product because my skin was hydrated. My complaint has to do with the packaging. When I opened it there was some of the product that had oozed under the clear protective wrap and some had congealed around the outside of the cap. So the bottle was only 2/3 full. I may try it again but if it’s the same I’ll have to find something else. Too expensive to not get all of the product!

Tremendous heads up for anyone sensitive to ingredients: the INCI posted here is not the same on my box. I would recommend you check the Dermalogica website. I cannot emphasize to Sephora enough how important it is to check, double check, and triple check for accurate ingredients (I recognize they have a disclaimer, but as someone with allergies, I find this situation more upsetting)The final ingredients list includes the following essential oils: bergamot, grapefruit, lemon, sandalwood, orange. To clarify, some people will likely enjoy this smell and experience no issues.The formula is nice and hydrating otherwise, and with quite a lot going on.
