This is one of my go to primers. It’s works better than some more expensive brands. My skin is smooth like butter after using. I have large pores, it’s always been a huge insecurity for me. Nothing will literally make my pores smaller but this does actually help me lessen the appearance of them. It doesn’t take much of it to do the trick. Just use it on clean, hydrated skin, and apply makeup. My foundation and concealer set nicely with it. No caking or anything and unlike some primers, it doesn’t get sucked into pores throughout the day which can make your makeup look splotchy and even make pores MORE noticeable. Truly a great product with a great price tag too.

You hardly feel it at first until you realize it's that silky. I have learned that it only takes the smallest amount to be effective. Give it a minute or two to set in before applying your foundation. This primer works well under my dewy foundations. I even apply it under my eyes because no matter what I do, my under eyes always look dry. This seems to help some. My dewy foundations look seamless and it makes for easy application. I recommend this primer especially if you use dewy foundations. I don't know that I'd recommend it for matte foundations. But it's up to you if you want to try. I have pretty dry skin inwmy face and this stuff works wonders. Perks my face right up with just the smallest amount. It has a very even spread, doesn't leave residue and just all and all feels absolutely amazing on my skin. 9/10 would definitely recommend for some one with dry skin. A little does goes along way so make sure not to use to much and massage it in before using anything else over it. I do have other brands I use other than this one but by far this one I have gotten the best results from. My makeup overall just sets better with this primer than the others I use. I would not recommend using if you have oily skin however it will make your face alot more shiny and leave your face a little more wet than you'd like for putting in makeup.

What I really like about it is that it has a cold sensation when you apply it to your face, but after a while of using it so much, you kinda don’t feel that anymore, which is kind of sad. It would’ve been nice to feel that cold sensation every single time you put on your face and not have your skin just get used to it. I also had a tiny problems with breaking out a little bit and acne while using it, but I like it for a long time, but it just made my acne a little bad . Wow, Fantastic Product

I bought this at Walmart, hoping to upgrade my foundation quality. I’ve always had extremely dry skin with very visible pores—meaning foundation has always made those features stand out immensely. I didn’t have high hopes for this product, as so many makeup products simply don’t work with dry skin. But this is seriously amazing. I put it on and it looked like I didn’t even have pores. It’s incredible. For those with dry skin like me I would recommend putting on moisturizer before this product, as it doesn’t moisturize your skin, just goes on top. But wow, I’ve always loved elf, but this truly blew me away. Fantastic job, I don’t feel like the odd one out who got left behind in the makeup game anymore.

e.l.f has better but worth a try!
