Only had it for a couple of weeks and the metal support that is sewn i to the material Keeps popping out. I have to shove it back into placeWhen the metal piece is in the right spot it’s very supportive

Onto my second one of these, the only one that stays in place all day without adjustment. Only downfall is it's a bit short, covers the knee but not lower hamstring & upper calf as per diagram (so additional support underneat is needed).

I had bad knees on both legs due to injuries and literally wasn't able to run.Now, using this I'm enjoying my running every day!Thank you Elastoplast!
