These tablets are amazing. I am pregnant and struggle with hyperemesis gravidarum. I struggle to take iron tablets that are hard and have dye on the outside. These tablets are soft and completely flavourless. They are easy to swallow, make you feel better in a short amount of time and don't make you constipated.Highly recommend these iron tablets. Since taking them I actually feel like my quality of life has gone up dramatically.

Love love love these! They don’t make me constipated which I have found other tablets to do. I have had iron issues my whole life and I honestly can feel the difference when keeping these tablets apart of my routine.

This really is a great iron formulation and Ethical Nutrients offers it at such a great price compared to the practitioner only range (exact same formulation made in the same factory even). It has never given me any digestive issues or made me constipated. My low iron levels really shot up when using this in combination with larger doses of vitamin C. And as a plus it also contains the more easily absorbed form of folate rather than synthetic folic acid.

This is one of the only iron supplements that doesn't make me feel sick afterwards. I have also noticed a huge difference in my energy levels.
Finally, an iron supplement that my body actually wants to absorb. There is such a huge difference in my energy levels.
I was so looking forward to trying this after reading the good reviews. I’ve had bad reactions to other iron supplements and unfortunately this one did the same.
Have no complaints with this. It's easy to swallow, no taste and no tummy issues. I like spatone as well but this is more convenient.
After taking only one tablet I started suffering from nauseas, stomach discomfort and constipation. I wont give it any start to this product but your system does not allowed me to do that.
Gentle on the stomach (which is what I look for in iron supplements) and high enough in iron, which many iron supplements aren't. I have started drinking orange juice with it in the morning, so that it is more easily absorbed (vitamin C) and waiting to have my cup of tea in the afternoon, as tea can stop the absorption of iron.
Great product. Easily taken. I can feel all the energy from the iron tabs. Great company to buy from. Love ethical nutrients brand.
