Great small 2K camera. Very good resolution. Easy to install with only one screw for the base and magnetic cam to base attachment. Comes with a very long extension cord for power. No batteries so no worry of power running out. The auto security light gives good enough light to add colour when detecting movement in the dark. Easy connection to existing home base and hasn't missed a beat. Comes with SD card. My only concern is it uses a strong magnet to attach to the base rather than a much more secured screw on. But it hasn't fallen off after 2 weeks of use Bought on sale and was $50 cheaper from other stores.

This eufy security camera was a lot better than I expected and I was really impressed by it. I did not expect it to be as versatile and easy to set-up as it is. The product and packaging were really well designed and thought out. Most of the packaging is recyclable and compact. I ended up being able to just use the magnets and put it on the metal areas of my house. This makes it easy to move around to test out angles and locations to put the camera or future cameras. The app interface is really easy to use and understand. I think it is important to clarify that while this is a wired camera, it is only wired in terms of power source. It relies on Wi-Fi to send data to your phone or computer, so it does not work well in areas with spotty or bad Wi-Fi signals. I was unable to use the camera in my original intended spot due to the low Wi-Fi in the area. The charging cable (usb-A to micro-usb) included is really long and is enough for me to reach most outlets without needing an extension cord. I also appreciated that the brick itself has a very small footprint and doesn’t take up much room. The picture quality is really good even when it is dark outside. I like the wide angle of the lens, so I didn’t have to spend that much effort in finding the right position to place the camera. The clarity and quality was better than I expected for a camera of this size. It is useful that it includes a 32GB micro SD card and can record video without a hub or anything else. Overall, I think this is a great security camera that is flexible in use. Great to add to an existing set-up or as a beginner security camera since it doesn’t require much and has a small footprint. Simple to set-up and use but very good quality and excellent design.

Many false notifications when set to Human Only, High Sensitivity. Sometimes it’s just a branch moving in the wind, sometimes there’s nothing moving at all…. Other than that the camera works well. Connects well to 2.4 GHz wifi from a distance, picture is pretty good, especially still frame as it’s 2K resolution - but video not so much as it’s only 15 fps, so it’s blurry. Also, the app is cumbersome to use, many screen touches to get where you want to go. You can’t swipe left (or right) to get to the next camera’s Live View. You have to touch to get a upper right back arrow, touch the upper right back arrow, touch the next camera you want to view - time consuming and awkward. I love the design of this camera and it has all the features I wanted. It was easy to install and it's easy to use. It doesn't need to be recharged and it doesn't need a subscription account. The problem I have is the sensitivity of the motion detection. Even on the LOWEST sensitivity setting, this camera gets triggered by FOG... and rain, and snow, and flying insects... I live in a quiet area and the motion detection still gets triggered 25-30 times per day. I LOVE this camera. I think it's fantastic and I'll probably buy another, but if you're buying one be prepared for a LOT of false alarms.

The picture is nice and clear. The AI is advanced enough that it doesn't alert everytime a squirrel runs by. I love that the alerts send a snapshot of who/what triggered the camera so you can quickly decide if you should open the app. The spotlight doesn't seem that bright when you're outside looking at it but it illuminates the yard enough that it's full colour on the recording. This is the third brand of camera I've tried and by far the best quality. No monthly service fees are the cherry on top.
This is my 2nd purchase of this model and 5th Eufy IP camera. The app used to setup, manage and monitor works well and delivers what I looking for. The storage is local to a memory card in the device, thus requiring no subscription. However if you want to upload there is both a NAS and Cloud option. The cloud option is reasonably priced and something I might consider in certain circumstances to provide a 2nd copy of the recordings. The video quality at 2K is noticeably better than my Ring devices. Overall very happy with the purchase and would consider additional Eufy security products.

Omg had I known it was this easy, I would've done as soon as I got it. It literally took about 15min from start to finish. Instructions were very clear. The app is also very easy to navigate.
