Angle is very wide. Has the choice of heat detection and human shape detection. Fixtures mean it can be pointed in all four directions and is extremely secure. Screws on or can be stuck on with a sticky foam. Perfect for my communal area. So far battery has used 18% in two weeks.

Best purchase

After having trouble with unwanted guests at the door (mother-in-law)...I purchased this so I no longer feared opening my door every time the doorbell rang. Best buy this year! Quick response, able to communicate and if I have unwanted visitors I can record them, and ignore them. Wish I bought this little gem years ago.

Having tried other security doorbells this one is definitely an upgrade. I now have two of these, front & side doors, the wireless chime is an useless addition over competitors, added to the fact it offers a micro SD card slot allowing it to record either bell push events or motion sensor events, do advise carefully positioning if using this function, sensitivity is adjustable, both mine are set to minimum or else every passing car or person sets alert off. Useful selection of mounting plates provided & if youve already got other EZVIZ cameras easy to add into system provided your close to Wi-Fi router whilst setting up. Night vision without external lights isnt the best, but its no worse than the competition. Improvement Points: Device is installed for about 2 weeks and despite numerous deliveries of leaflets and posts it never recorded any of them. It only recorded the postman twice while he was leaving but never when he approached the door. Someone was ringing the bell when I was out shopping and I only got ring on my phone about 7 minutes later when I returned to the house. I don't have SD card installed and I don't have a cloud subscription so I wander where information was stored all this time.

Good Points: Battery has been surprisingly good.Installed with drill and feels secure.App is basic and easy to use with record function and photo function. Optional light up button is great if you want people to be aware they are on camera as bought following a parcel theft.Improvement Points: Doesn't pick up motion through a side window which is very clear. I live in a maisonette so would of liked it to pickup outside too. Have tried temperature detection and human detection.

Very good product

I like this doorbell very much. It is very eady to install and it is also easy to configure with the APP. I also like the design of the APP, I can adjust everything I want via the APP. The resolution is high, so the video is very clear. The Alarm push is also on time, I think it is a good product.
