I've noticed that it does absorb into a beauty sponge a bit, so I've mostly applied it to my face with clean hands and then buffed it with a sponge. A little goes a long way thankfully.

The coverage is just enough to even things out, but it isn’t going to totally cover freckles, sun spots or similarly heavy pigmented imperfections. That said, my mother was happy and surprised with the coverage this gave her dark spots. She didn’t even use her shape tape! I would say this is a very solid light/med coverage. The wear I get on this is GREAT. It lasts me all day and looks good even after sweating buckets mowing the lawn! I haven’t had any issue applying liquid and cream blushes, bronzers or contour products with this. It also plays well with the 3 different concealers I own (I’ve got dark circles). A beauty blender sucked this product up like I’ve never seen before and seemed to leave little on my face. A stippling brush left brush marks. I opted to apply with my fingers and try to smooth out with the beauty blender, which worked alright, but still picked up a good amount of product and resulted in coverage that was less even than I wanted. I ultimately could not achieve even coverage. In my experience it wasn’t buildable either; it would get increasingly splotchy if I attempted to layer. I had to add concealer and finishing powder in order to get this to look remotely even (and again, I’m talking about evening out mild redness). At that point I’d rather use my normal foundation applied lightly and not have to deal with the hassle. I was hoping this would be an easy, glowy summer alternative and it unfortunately didn’t deliver. Not totally sure what the hype is about. For the price there are far better products out there.

This skin tint is more like a medium coverage foundation but it applies a thousand times easier than one. I find applying this with my fingers after priming to be most effective and going in with my beauty sponge afterwards to soak up extra product. It gives my skin this beautiful blurred satin finish. My two gripes are the texture and it’s wear. This skin tint is THICK and I prefer my skin tints more runny. Also, when I wear this to work I find it separating a little on my forehead area, so I don’t know if this foundation is meant to be long wear since it is not. However the shade (9) matches me PERFECTLY and I looooove that it is fragrance-free. I also found the rest of my makeup to layer atop wonderfully. Really like this product. For the first time in the last couple of years I feel completely confident in my skin when I’m interacting with people- it barely looks like I’m wearing makeup (the color match is great and I use it sparingly) & the hyperpigmentation is completely covered. I had a great Sephora rep who helped me match the right color & showed me how to apply it, answered a lot of questions. I feel so much better after applying this & also working on a skincare regimen to address the hyperpigmentation at its source, ideally would not need this product one day… but until then, really glad I found it. HARD PASS

I wanted to love this product SO BAD. I tried everything to make it work and I just couldn’t. I prepped my skin as I normally do with La Roche Posay’s Hyaluronic acid, their Touraline Matte Moisturizer, and their Hyaluronic Acid mineral sunscreen SPF 30. First, I primed with Nyx plump right back primer and it looked absolutely horrible. The Eaze drops were going on very patchy and I had so much texture. I washed my face and tried again, this time using the Nyx marshmallow primer. The same exact thing happened. I did my research and realized both of these primers are water based while the eaze drops are silicone based. I thought I had it figured out! Honestly I had really high hopes for this product because I kept seeing so many reviews that said how amazing it was and how good the coverage was for it being a skin tint. I am truly disappointed in this product and have only used so much of it because I kept trying things to make it work, but it's just not great. I use the lightest shade, so I'm not sure if that has something to do with it (the lightest shades in a lot of products tend to be less-than compared to the medium/darker shades) or if it had to do with the fact that this product has hyaluronic acid in it which does not play well with skin in dry climates (Colorado, to be exact). The only redeeming quality of this product is that it is truly lightweight and looks amazing upon application, but it deteriorated so quickly. Sad I couldn't get this to work for me.

I have combination skin and this gave me a velvet-like finish with light, buildable coverage. I didn't have any issues with dry patches, having to use primer or otherwise change my routine that other reviews have mentioned. I thought I had found my HG, but unfortunately I developed TERRIBLE acne. It started with one or two whiteheads that I blew off as being random, but after a week, my entire face was covered in painful red bumps with whiteheads. I have an acne-prone + oily skin combination, with a few cystic acnes and multiple dark spots/scars. Previously, i’ve been using Matte finishing foundation (due to my oily skin). That was when I don’t know how to do my base and properly prep my skin. When the cystic acne on my skin starts clearing up, I decided to try a more lightweight foundation and tried fenty beauty. I swear, this is by far my best purchase on foundation. The foundation stays up to more than 6 hours!!!! My country is pretty sunny+humid (Msia), so it’s very surprising that the foundation still hold-up even under the hot weather. Texture is definitely blend-able, and I absolutely love the finishing. To this day, I can’t look at myself in our ceremony photos. Anyway, had to make do with what I had on hand, which was just the Eaze drop I’d packed for the next day. I cleansed my base off, did some minimal prep on my skin and slathered this on. When I tell you it looked flawless.
