I'll start with the horrendous packaging! All of the reviews are correct in that the packaging, while great in theory, is horrible! When the bottom is twisted, either no product comes out or TONS of product spews out & so much is wasted! The product itself is very, VERY thick & also very, VERY moisturizing, which is a good thing as far as keeping the undereye hydrated & moisturized. However, no matter how little you use, this moisturizer pills & is a nightmare if you use it underneath makeup. I've started using this product only at night & only on days I do not wear any sort of makeup bc of the excessive pilling problem. It does do what it says it will do. It is hydrating. I love it. Just recently started using it and I like it. The container is cute BUT it sucks! I tried to turn it slow and it took forever to come out. Turn it moderately and a lot bursts out. More than what you need and you can't put the excess back in. Why not make the container to turn and dispense the right amount without the clicks? Other than that it's great! They just need to rethink the container. It costs too much to waste the product because of the way it dispenses. I want to purchase again when needed ONLY IF THEY FIX THE CONTAINER.

The other products I've tried worked great, lip lip glass, facial cleanser, toner, soap, etc. I gave this eye cream a 3 out of 5 stars due to the configuration of the container. I’ve been using this product about 2 weeks and so far I like it and have noticed improvement. My under eyes appear less sunken in. I have dark under eyes due to being a twin mom of toddlers and I have noticed difference in the darkness of my under eyes. I absolutely love the dispenser. It doesn’t get gunky or gross at all like so many product containers do and I love how sanitary it is. I also like that the turn knob only goes one way so you’re not wondering which way it goes. The product is not too heavy or too thin and stays where you put it. It sinks into the skin fairly quickly. I appreciate that there is no scent and that air can’t get into the bottle and there’s decreased waste of product. I've done that -one tiny turn after another, and just when I'm about to get what I think is the proper amount of product, a huge amount squirts out of the top!So much waste and this has happened over and over again. I actually love this eye cream. I have dry skin, and it feels amazing. It absorbs nicely, and makes my skin feel great.I've knocked off two stars, out of frustration over the packaging. This packaging is designed like the lip mask. You twist it up, and a bit is meant to come out the top. However, I agree with the majority of reviews. When you twist it up, too much comes out, forcing you to waste product. Which sucks. This product isn't cheap, and if feels like half of it is being sacrificed because the packaging is crap.If they repackage the cream, I'd repurchase, because the product itself is amazing. But as long as it's in this crap packaging, it's not worth the money. I don't want to pay for product where half of it is wasted.
Mixed review... I really love the eye cream! It's helped with reducing puffiness & dark circles. It's smooth & hydrating, absorbs ins well. Makeup goes on well over it. You only need a small amount as with most eye cremes. However, it's very hard to just get a small amount out. I can twist it a little & nothing cones out so I twist again then a large amount comes out. Would have been a 4 or 5 star but that packaging is not good at all.
Product dispensed weird. I love the twist concept for the lip mask, in fact, I prefer the Plush Puddin to the Laneige lip mask because the twist up method of product delivery feels more sanitary than the dumb little spatula thing Laneige gives you. The point I'm trying to make is that I'm not a twist up packaging hater, I just don't love it for this particular product. idk if it's a viscosity issue or what, but the cream just doesn't dispense as well as the lip mask does. anyway, the product itself is.... ok. This one wasn't a hit for me.
