we bought the fridge for its larger size and that it had the chilled water capability and automatic ice maker. The chilled water function is great and it is quite cold as long as you don't try to get a few litres out at a time. The ice maker is great for me in the summer time for work in my drink bottle. Only thing is it could do a few more cubes as it only does 8 cubes at a time. Food stays fresher for longer than our previous fridge. Love the easy slide drawers in the fridge and freezer.

I am a big FP fan and have had both a fridge and dishwasher previously. We had a certain sized gap to put our fridge in, and wanted both a water dispenser and ice maker (not necessarily an ice dispenser) and this one fit the bill. My only regret was that it doesn't come in a right-hand door opening mode for some reason, and neither is it convertible. We bought the fridge two months ago and now plan to renovate our kitchen - a right-hand opening door would suit our new kitchen better but... The spaciousness of the fridge is amazing - there are only two of us most of the time, but plenty of room for extra food when the kids and grandkids come for a visit. Purchased about a month ago after looking for about 3 months. Really the only fridge that had water & ice for that space. Is really good bar not having an egg container... Hated when fridges did away with butter compartments now egg compartments??? Really for what an egg tray costs! Old one wont fit in the baskets so having to put cardboard cartons in fridge. Everything else is good. Love the filtered water in door and ice. Would have preferred the filter in front rather than back but for changing once a year can cope... If however I did not need this size would have gone with one at the front instead being easier to change. Great prompt delivery.

Overall disappointing experience. Ordered and paid for the fridge via Paypal on 3 Nov. Booked delivery for 8 Dec. Called the morning of 7 Dec to confirm delivery - was advised all okay. That afternoon I received an email that stated I had not paid for the fridge. I called AO who agreed it had been paid for, however they would not deliver the next day. I insisted they honour the deliver date as I had made arrangements to be at the new premises. The fridge arrived with sharp metal edges exposed on the top right, it was missing a plastic part. From the first hour it was turned on, it beeped randomly at approximately 30 minute intervals - all day and all night. I called AO on the day of delivery and logged a fault report. After nearly two weeks of continuous beeping, the F&P technician arrived. He replaced the missing plastic piece and stopped the beeping. He advised that the beeping was a software issue and a known fault and he would have to return to fix the software. It's now January and I am still waiting for that to be done.
Great fridge. I was replacing the same fridge (older style) that died and decided to get the same one again. Better features on this one - silence door alarm, buttons on the inside. Spacious fridge. Only con is the door 'bins' are a weird shape and there is no egg storage (I pulled the one out the old fridge luckily), but bad design in that area. Otherwise no faults, love it.
We bought this fridge almost a year ago. It works great and we are very happy with this purchase. Water from the dispenser is always cold and love having the ice maker in the freezer. Lots of room in the fridge area. Reminder comes up to change the water filter, easy enough to order new filters from Fisher and Paykel.Would recommend buying this fridge!
I wanted a French door model, but budget and space was a problem. Found this model and it turned out to be perfect fit. Ice maker is awesome and quiet. Water dispenser flow is a little slow, but still great feature. Fridge area is huge and I don’t have to bend. Freezer door does need to be open over 90 degrees to pull drawers out, so you need some room to do so. Looks great, really happy, and I’m happy I didn’t get French door model. This replaced my 25 year old Fisher & Paykel fridge.
Replaced a similar 12 yr old white F&P fridge. Love the upside down and doors not drawers approach - sleek styling. Seems more spacious that previous same size fridge - no wine rack. The replacement bottle rests are more handy. Was doubtful we would use the water dispenser much, however, use it every day - works well. Was surprised by initial noise of ice turnouts but now accustomed - much better than my old fridge constant noises. Great next day delivery by Appliances Online and installers were very pleasant, quick and helpful. Old fridge gone and not missed.
We replaced our French door version of this fridge as living in the tropics we found the bottom drawer runners kept icing up. This double door version is much more efficient and we seem to have a little more storage. The ice maker is wonderful too. The only criticism i have is you have to really raise one side to get the door to automatically close.The price was great too. We did have some issues with delivery but appliances online were very responsive in solving our concerns. In fairness deliveries in Far North Queensland are often problematic.
Great budget water and ice fridge ,Compared to expensive units ,This is pretty great the water dispenser is the best is the best and ice in the lower freezerIs plentiful , can’t complain and this is a pretty excellent fridge and there’s not much , air any complaints , pretty lucky considering the cost of the dual door ice water fridges ,Very happy and the best thing is the size , the idiot builder didn’t allow for a nice size fridge , that didn’t help and allow me to get a dual ice , water ,door fridgeEven the cost being an issue , I would of eventually saved enough,Still this is perfect this fridge , enjoy and definitely worth buying !
