Bought to replace out 8 year old Samsung which no one would attend a call out to repair. Old machine ran three loads a day until this time with zero issues ever. The new machine constantly leaks and over suds, yes we use the correct detergent. Clothes are not as clean or fresh as our old machine. The rinse cycle rinses through the detergent box so you cant pre-fill and ore-rinse for very soiled clods clothing.. and even afterwards the rinse is rinsing through the detergent box adding whatever didnt get cleaned out last time.. not really a clean then Just poor design. Too easy to touch buttons by mistake when walking through the laundry or doing anything else near the machine, brushing past with clothing can easily pause the machine. Really happy with our new washing machine. Delivery was great. They brought it inside and plugged it in for us, and took the rubbish. The machine is really quiet. It heats its own water so thats great. It has a light turn on inside the drum when you open it. It looks great and is a nice size, not too big. The clothes come out nice and clean and rinsed out. And its quick and efficient on the normal setting taking about an hour. And I use the bulk setting for towels which takes a bit under 2 hours. I think its fantastic value for money.

I have always had a top load washing machine, however this time I was looking for water and electricity ratings. Make sure you take time to read the manual to get the most out of your machine. I find this machine is extremely easy to use, even though it has many functions. I am in my late sixties and do not regret my choice. I was concerned about gettingdown to load the machine, however I find the bowl is a good size and holds the clothes in quite well without them falling out. I love my new washing machine!

Given the reviews I read before purcahsing my WH8560P3 I expected my laundry to come out extremely dry, in fact even after doing extra spins I have found that my old top loader did a much better job. (And yes I have made sure it is properly balanced) Unfortunately as they say they don't make things like they used to. Having said this, I am still happy with the machine, it washes seemingly as well as my old top loader. I love that the Everyday wash time is still only 59 minutes, the same as my old top loader. I am glad I upgraded from a 7.5kg to an 8.5kg as it barely seems any bigger. My only other warning is if your water outlet is on the left of your machine it is a bit of a stretch, though apparently you can buy a 2m hose replacement.
I've had this machine for 8 months now so enough time to see how it performs. It's a great machine and I've had no issues with it at all. It's not an overly loud machine, I don't notice it when it's on. It cleans my clothes well and I love the 'add garment' option. I haven't used the quick refresh yet as I've not had a need to. I really like this machine and rate it highly. It fits a large blanket ok but if you need to wash a lot of big blankets etc, buy a machine with a larger capacity. On delivery the men where just going to dump the machine and run but I paid for install. After a short argument, they finally did it. That's just a little delivery issue and nothing to do with machine obviously.
Nice and quiet, lots of programs and looks nice too. I really love it but find a couple minor negatives. Washes clothes really well but I find sometimes they are still a little wet even on the highest spin. I also wish there was an increase or decrease wash time setting. The guys who came to install it professionally which cost me $85 didnt even balance it so when they left and I used it, it was like a jet engine loud and bouncing all over the place, I then had to lift it myself which was very heavy and attempt to balance the legs on my own.

This is why machines are breaking down & customer disappointment levels are so high. And this is the main reason I bough this machine. I can put in 8.5kg of dry weight clothes on a mixed fabric cycle and it will only take 58 mins. This does not change whether the temp is cold, 30 deg or 40 deg & spins at 1100rpm. This is my go to everyday cycle. If however I want to do cottons, bulky items, wool or any other variation cycle then the time increases and more importantly the load decreases. This is what most people dont realize. The machine is quiet, makes next to no noise when spinning & the dials on the machine are easy to read. It also has a good steam function which refreshes any clothing u havent worn in a while & it has a drum cycle which runs at 90degrees & makes sure everything both behind and inside your drum remains hygenic & clean. I also like the fact this machine has the wool trade mark which means it is suitable for both machine & hand washing of any woolen products. Another great piece of advice Hemanth gave me - most peoples laundry are poorly ventilated. In winter they can also be cold uninhabitable places. This environment therefore can affect the longevity of your machine. I still keep my manual at hand when doing a load of washing & Im vigilant with the maintenance tips of how to best look after your machine. Fingers crossed it all helps & it turns out I have a long lasting machine. I bought it for $870 which included next day delivery and install plus removal of the okd machine.
I am happily surprised by this machine. I didn’t want a front loader but couldn’t get a top loader immediately that I like. The machine is easy to use, quiet with a large capacity. The clothes come out super clean and the everyday cycle is only an hour which is so much better than I was expecting. Yes there are super long cycles but there are also 15 mins and 30 min cycles as well. My daughter loves the steam refresh option for her clothes. Overall, I am impressed after a few weeks of trialling it.
Ive had this for a few weeks now and have put a lot of cycles through of various types. I love how quiet the spin is on this machine compared to my old LG. The Add a Garment function is great when I forget an item. I took some time researching different machines and since getting it, I took some time reading the user guide. Actually understanding how to use different cycles and functions for different load types has done wonders for how well the clothes come out. I use Everyday cycle on Eco mostly and its just over an hour but the clothes are clean and soft, and I dont even use fabric softener.
