Fisher-Price Soothe and Glow Seahorse, Pink

Fisher-Price Soothe Glow Seahorse is a nice product to have. We fully enjoyed having this product, as it served its full purpose with soothing music and gently glowing light. It's very soft to touch and the material didnt change over the 4 years we had it (no fuzzballs and no warping of the seahorse's belly). This too became a hand-me-down must have for a friend of ours when she had a newborn. The music helped our son fall asleep easily. The light entertained our separation anxiety daughter. We coslept with both kids and this toy provided a nice barrier. We aren't traumatized as parents when thinking of the music from this product. We cam tell Fisher-Price did lots of testing and research for this one.

We got this for my daughter when she was about 7 months old. She was starting to go into a sleep regression and we were desperate to try anything. We ended up getting this just to see and it definitely helped! She wanted to bring it with her everywhere. My only gripe with it was that it was kind of a pain to clean and it was a little heavy for the size. Overall though we were really pleased with it!

Super happy with the acquisition and my 3 months old daugther loves it! The toy is exactly how it looks in the photos. Is made with very soft fabric, has really nice songs and behaves well after washing. It didn't shrink or lost colour. Washed it in a special laundry bag with a sensitive washing cycle. Also the volume of the toy is not that high as other people said or its subjective. I would definitely recommend buying it.

How adorable is this little soothing seahorse. Bright color to catch babies eyes as they are developing. The tummy.when pressed has a soft glow and becomes a nightlight while baby drifts off to sleep. I highly recommend this . Fisherprice has never failed when making a great product. Thumbs up.

Once my baby started to sleep in his own crib, we were looking for something that would help comfort him so he wouldn’t feel so alone. This seahorse answered our prayers! Our baby can easily turn it on and off himself. He loves the soft fin pieces (like tags), and he plays with them as he falls asleep. And since there’s no flimsy or long materials on this, we are less worried about potential suffocation hazards - of course we monitor his play - but it’s the only toy we own that is soft enough while also being firm enough for part of his bedtime routine.

I bought one of these for my son. He loved jt. The toy required 4 batteries and upon changing them, they battery area started smoking and almost caught fire. I contacted Fisher Price repeatedly and they would never get back with me. I found out that if you have one of these which needs 4 batteries, they are overpowered and can catch fire. I was horrified. I also found out that Fisher Price refused to recall them even though children had been hurt and houses burned down. They just decided to issue them with 3 batteries instead. I will not buy from this company again. Melissa and Doug is a much better toy company and will stand behind their products and have excellent customer service.

I bought them as a gift for my son for 7 months, but I didn't expect it to have so many uses. I bought it hoping to make the transition from playtime to bedtime a little easier. With consistent use, this product does just that. Plus, with this product becoming a familiar soothing sound for my little one, it also works wonders at keeping her calm in the car seat - which was NOT happening before we took it. try this product! Overall, a great purchase for the price!

She loves the light and music that emits from the snuggly little seahorse. The soothing lullaby sounds help lull her to sleep, and of course, the lights keep the “monsters” out! I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for something like this, or even as a gift for someone having a new little baby! They are super adorable.

This reminds me of my glow worm from my childhood. I remember carrying it around all the time as a child and now I get to see my baby cuddle with this glowing sea horse. Every single night we turn it on and she cuddles it and falls asleep while staring into the soft glowing light. The music drifts her into a deep sleep and then I remove it from her bed so she can safely sleep. It was a Christmas gift and I absolutely adore it for her!

A toy our daughter absolutely loves

My daughter adores this toy and it's her "baby" which she takes everywhere. The design has changed slightly as we've had a couple of them. If you wash it, it can shrink and the inner plastic body will have a more difficult time fitting inside sometimes causing the velcro to come apart during play. There are two volume settings which are fine during playtime, but can be quite annoying if your little one sleeps with it. Our daughter will sometimes trigger it while rolling over in her sleep and it can seem quite loud in her room and the baby monitor. I usually will go in after she falls asleep to turn it off, but sometimes forget and it will wake us up in the middle of the night. I actually do this with a lot of their toys... especially the annoying ones.Overall, the quality is good and we have never noticed any rips/tears. Like I mentioned above, it's easy to just toss in the washing machine to get it like new again. The batteries wear out a little too fast in our experience, but she does get a ton of use out of it, so I guess I can't complain too much.
