The saw is Powerful and it feels good in my hand. The saw I feel is better than my Electric 120 volt saw. I do not have to watch out for the power cord anymore. The saw makes accurite cuts. Thank You. Dan.

This is a quality light weight saw, It removes a very narrow kerf allowing accurate cuts, as I already have Dewalt xr tools I bought the bare saw as all my batteries were compatible. I am very satisfied with this buy

This is a quality light weight saw, It removes a very narrow kerf allowing accurate cuts, as I already have Dewalt xr tools I bought the bare saw as all my batteries were compatible. I am very satisfied with this buy

This 7-1/4" saw has the advantage of using the 20v or 60v batteries. I have 5 amp and 6 amp 20v batteries and it cut without hesitation. If I ever get a 60v battery, it should be a beast. It's going to be great for jobs where excessive extension cord use is not practical. I like that the blade is on the right side (facing away if held with the right hand). It keeps the sawdust from blowing on you like my left side 6-1/2" 20v saw does. Blade options and availability should be easier too with the bigger blade.
Designed for tough jobs. Battery placement gives this a well balance for the tool. Gives you 5500 rpms which makes this a very powerful tool. Built-in locking w/ a very fast break feature (totally awesome safety feature). Also, having the blade-lock button is well position when you are having to replace the blade.
Operates well and powerfully on 20V and 60V Flexvolt batteries. Has a pwoer detect feature where it will optimize the tool according to the battery you use. Better than the 60V version because it is more versatile and just as powerful.
