My black Labrador loves this furminator as much as I do. It’s a win win situation. He positively enjoys the equivalent of a full body massage whilst I am delighted to see all that surplus black hair in the comb and not on my cream sofa! The price makes it exceptional value. I have bought two more for daughters with dogs which arrived very quickly with courteous customer service follow-up.

I can’t believe I have had labradors for the past 16 years and not had one of these until now! My lab has been shedding hair excessively all over my carpets. It’s got out of control and I couldnt keep up with the hoovering. I used this and could not believe my eyes when I saw the amount of loose hair that came out. At the end it looked like I had a new pup! A must have tool to keep your home cleaner and your dog happier.

We have a 6 month old black labrador puppy who has started to shed his first coat, the house is covered! We've tried cheaper options, with limited success. We bit the bullet with this and it's worth every penny, it's sturdy, easy to clean with the fur repeller function and reaches deep down to his base coat. Each stroke of the Furminator brush pulls all that loose hair out, so it's advised to do this outside every few days. Pup didn't like the feel much at first, but a little coaching with kibble and he's fine and actually rolls on his back now for his belly to be done. Ordered with a 12kg bag of kibble so the box was a little squashed on arrival, that's my only complaint.
Brilliant product, thought it might be a bit gimmicky but I ended up with a pile of hair from my little dog. I comb her every day, but has little effect compared with the Furminator. Would highly recommend.
Sturdy tool. Does what it says on tin, but maybe the results have been over projected. Yes it takes some hair out but doesn’t sort the issue of our lab’s shedding. Still a lot of hair around
This tool was recommended by many Labrador forums and trainers. I got one as soon as my puppy arrived. She is 4 months old and no not loose too many hair, but I can see the difference in the amount of the hair picked up by FURminator. I am sure summer time when is the worst time for shedding this tool will be a life saver.
Fantastic product can’t believe how much hair came off! Took all the loose puppy hair of our Rottie in a breeze. Can’t believe how cheap it was as was going to get one from another large brand pet shop but didn’t want to spend £50+ but on sale here for less then £14 what a bargain!!!
I have a 7 month old German shepherd cross puppy who is starting to shed like crazy. I decided it would be best to get the situation under control early so it doesn’t get out of hand. I usually brush her using a slicker brush but I think she doesn’t really like the metal prongs so I was a little apprehensive as the furminator is also metal. However she doesn’t seem to mind at all. And in just a couple minutes (hyper puppies can’t handle more than a 3 minute session) I have already amassed a small cloud of fluff!Great product. Doesn’t seem like it will break anytime soon.
Not cheap but well worth it. We were drowning in labrador hair now there is much less vacuuming and their coats are looking great.
