This is fantastic we rescued our first long haired cat last year and have tried many brushes. He is very good when we use this brush. We can’t believe how much hair comes off him. I would definitely recommend this brush, in fact I have been telling all my cat owning friends about it.

A must for cats with thick coats which tend to mat. My elderly cat was rescued from living outside, his coat had been shedding & was badly matted. I started gently using the Furminator on him. The vet nurse also used a Furminator to detangle mats under his belly whilst he was sedated for a dental extraction, no shaving was needed. He looks great now & proudly washes himself.

Bought this after a recommendation and it really works on the coat, removing the undercoat. This will be a godsend in the coming months once my cats start to lose their winter coat, and will help to prevent any knots. A great brush!I bought this for my long haired ragdoll as she loses a lot of fur. It’s a great brush for helping with the shedding occasionally. However I think an everyday brush to prevent matting (rather than help with shedding shedding) needs to have softer bristles as this is quite sharp to touch. I’ll be looking for another brush to use in addition to this.
I bought this for my Ragdoll cat after scouring websites for something that would groom without hurting - he is a big baby! I am thrilled with the furminator - it does what it says on the packaging, and his coat looks much smoother with one application. Absolutely brilliant for my Ragdolls fur, removed all of her undercoat making her much more comfortable in this hot weather and also less hair around the home. Happy cat & Happy mummy :)
I hoped this would help my 3 cats as we start to head into Summer heatwaves and thus furball season... So far so good! I'm trying to limit the brushing to once a week as it is so effective - I don't want to leave them too chilly in Spring weather, but they absolutely love it. I've had mixed reactions to various brushes and combs that we've tried previously but this seems to be tolerated by all 3. The only slight hiccough is the static charge that seems to build up - be careful not to spark on noses - it is fun to find out what you can attach to cats when they are charged, though!
Very good at removing undercoat hair to the extent that the carpet needed to be vacuumed after using it indoors. Won't make that mistake again. The cat also loved being groomed with it.Best price that I could find on the internet (Dec '20) and also quick delivery so arrived before Xmas
This is great. Id been using cheap grooming gloves to try and curb my BSH cat shedding, but compared to this, the difference is vast. This gets the undercoat, not just visible loose topcoat hairs, and so much has come out with the comb. Plus he doesnt hate it, and in fact laid right down for a good brush session as soon as I started brushing him. Magic. I would just love a cover for it for storing though.
