Some quality Chinesium shears we have here.Blades aren't hardened. Can't cut a 1/4" stem without bending. Save yourself the headache, not worth the sub par recycled steel they're made with.

These shears are made from mild steel. I used them on Bougainvillea and the stems were sufficient to damage the blades. If you wish to use them for anything other than grass you will find that the mild steel blades will be damaged.
