I bought this because of the Interview you did with the Garmin representative and you made it sound great. Quite frankly it was a huge disappointment and i am migrating back to using the RV GPS AP which quite is not a whole lot better but did not cost me $50. My complaints:Garmin is not updating road information timely. Went down one interstate where exit numbers had clearly been changed over a year ago and the AP still had the old ones.Tried to enter a campground address for a campground that had been there over 3 years! The system would not recognize the name or the address. The system tells you your route is RV safe and then you get on one of the roads and it diverts to the "?" as it does not know. Why did it send me this route if it doesn't. I bought for ... MoreI bought this because of the Interview you did with the Garmin representative and you made it sound great. It rarely finds what you are looking for.The biggest issue for me is the roads and addresses not up to date which is something they can easily fix!

The unit is a good size, doesn't take up too much dash space. To improve the function of it you should to add custom avoidances for things like NYC. Without adding an avoidance it would try to send you across the GW bridge even in RV mode. I would have rated it 5 stars if the rv routing already had that accounted for.

It takes you down roads that our rv can’t go down even though I put in our dimensions. Doesn’t show gas stations. Very disappointed.
After just a few days my 795 would not turn on. I called Garmin and they had me try a few things but to no avail. They are sending me a new one. Kudos to Garmin support, the phone system was not hard to navigate, wait time short, and the tech was very pleasant and helpful. I expect I just got a bad one and Garmin is doing right by me. In my experience, electronic devices if they fail do so shortly after purchase or they last for many years. Stuff happens. No loss, no foul
Great Size with all the attributes of the larger units. Thanks to TechnoRV for the Videos and helping in the purchase experience.
so many additional features than a regular gps. well worth the learnig curve.
