Ghost Legend | Orange Cream | Pre-Workout Supplement

My favorite pre workout! It does the job of getting me pumped and ready to workout. Its taste just like the sour watermelon warheads, the texture is amazing. I love the colorful packaging it really catches the eyes. The effect and pump you get is worth the price you are paying. Definitely would buy again, would even try a differnt flavor

I am an avid gym rat and I have tried a bunch of brands from the classic C4 to mr.Hyde and this brand ghost has the best flavors around!!! From there protein powder(the chips ahoy one is my fav) to there pre workouts I love there canned energy drinks!!!! But the actual powder pre is the best bang for buck! The flavors are great they have something for everyone . Performance wise this is the best mid tier one! It’s balance doesn’t give you the shakes has enough caffeine to get you going but it isn’t trying to take you out (looking at you Mr.Hyde) this is my ride or die pick me up to get me focused and in the gym!

I really like the taste! But I find even when I drink this pre workout 1 hour before I hit the gym,, I’m getting a acid reflux feeling during workouts? It’s maybe the citric acid and/or red 40 that’s in this ?? At least that’s what I was told. It not cheap, so I’m going to finish the container and just deal with the unwanted side effects from this… ( it is tasty). But once it’s finished, I’m going to look elsewhere.

Overall this is a great preworkout. Honestly one of the best flavors I’ve had as well. If you are looking for a great pump and a long lasting workout this is great. Personally for performance wise it wasn’t as good as the Concept X I use by Beyond Raw. But the flavor and price makes up for it. If you are looking for low stim/non stim then this isn’t for you. Being that I came from beyond raw to this the “tingling” didn’t bother me much. Really if you are putting enough work in then you should feel little to no “tingling” That is just a sign you aren’t doing enough work. Highly Recommend

Welch's Grape flavor is alright, at best, which is only my own opinion on the flavor as I'm sure other people would find it better than myself. I wouldn't review harshly based off my own taste buds just because the flavor isn't for me.Ghost products always mix very well. That has never been the case with Ghost and I've been very happy with their products over the years. Anything from lifting, running, or even just needing an adrenaline boost at home on a slow day, this preworkout does every I need it to do.

Great, almost perfect

I have taken preworkouts since the dawn of time. So needless to say, I have tried probably about 60 different types. I wasn't impressed with Legend v1, but stumbled about v2 on a reviews website and was impressed by the profile. Not only is this properly dosed on everything (Citrulline, Nitrosigine, Beta Alanine, Tyrosine, Taurine, etc), it includes AstraGin and Senactiv which have awesome benefits and isn't included in a ton of other preworkouts. The latter 2 ingredients increase absorption, gut health and recovery.This preworkout provides very strong, but not raging, energy. It provides great focus with no crash. Overall, this preworkout is a 5 star preworkout. Offering 25 servings, this is a great deal compared to the 'premium' preworkouts offering 20 servings. ... MoreI have taken preworkouts since the dawn of time. This works perfect since I do 5 days of lifting (2 scoops) and 1 day of jogging (1 scoop). So this lasts me 1 month.So why am I docking it 1 star? They really need to remove the coloring and Acesulfame Potassium from those flavors that include it. They offer NO benefits and Ace K is a neurotoxin that destroys gut health and increased brain fog. Right now I am relegated to the Welch's Grape and Peach flavors, which Peach is not offered at GNC right now. Once they remove those 2 from all the blends, I will rate 5 stars. I also wish this had Creatine HCl or Monohydrate. I add it in, so it's not a big deal, but would be nice if it was included.

I highly recommend

This is the first pre-workout drink I've ever used, so I don't have anything to rate it against. But I love it! It definitely gives me more energy for my gym workout, and within the first few minutes on the elliptical, I'm sweating like crazy. I've lost 11 pounds over the past few weeks, although I'm also eating lo carb and taking supplements.

Major downgrade over the previous version

Not sure why they thought removing the tyrosine and alpha-gpc was a good idea. Choline bitartrate is one of the worst forms of choline out there. It has low bio availability and doesn't cross the blood brain barrier as effectively as GPC. Now will you notice this change?, maybe, maybe not. If you're looking for mental energy/feeling of wellness this just isn't worth it anymore.

Solid pre

Overall pretty solid pre. Solid pump, energy and focus. Pump died off a little early about 35-40 min in. Energy stayed very long which was amazing. It's is not very strong in flavor. Wish it was a little stronger. Mixed with 10oz of water . Still good taste . Enjoyable to drink at 430am

Tingles in a weird but also kinda good way

I'm new to pre workout so I was f expecting the tingles, those were weird. It was like little random electric shocks in my ears and joints but I didn't hate it. Been taking it for a week and the tingles are subsiding and tbh I weirdly miss it. The flavor isn't my favorite but I have the pre workouts usually tastes pretty bad. It's not horrible, just very artificial. My hubby thinks it's delicious though, so who knows. I just mix 1/2 scoop with a little water as I can to mix it and chug it right before I leave to workout so I'm not sitting around getting tingles for no reason (they are way easier to tolerate when you're moving and the effect is gone in an hour or so). Worth a try for sure
