If you are looking for a light weight hold without the stiff crunch of regular mousse this is a must! It's a nice product.My hair is 3A curls so unfortunately it does not have enough hold for the curly girl approved method which I use to style.

I got this with the curl cream in the same line and if I use them together it's way too much for my hair and leaves it a little flat. This mousse alone is ok, but it does make my hair look a little greasy. I also got the same shampoo and conditioner and all of it is too heavy. This is not the best curl line for my hair. I have soft fine curly hair.

The scent is good, a little fruit but not too strong. There’s not much hold as this is more of a definition mousse. Better when mixed with other products like a gel, and apply this after to “set” everything. I wouldn’t consider this necessary since the effect for me is minimal, but I’ll continue to use it mainly because of the scent.

I purchased this Giovanna mouse and the papaya one. This one has a bit of a stronger hold but I prefer the papapa one more. Though this is more specifically for curls, for my 2C-3C waves, it kinda weighed it down and flattened. Only defined on wash day. Sticky and stringy when applied to water-sprayed damp here on non-wash days. I'd recommned this only on wash days. The foam air is a little bigger than aersol foam.
