I love these pans as the non-stick is better than anything on the market BUT, I only find they stay non-stick for about 6-9 months. I do use the pan several times a day so that is a lot of uses. I only cook with olive oil, use a low heat and only wash with a light cloth but the non-stick still eventually goes within this time. I have bought 4 of these over the last couple of years and think it is a purchase worth making even if it only has a limited use time. They do warp if used over high heat so low temperatures are best.

I bought this for cooking eggs but they stick so flipping them breaks them. I have 2 other Greenpan pan in a better range but this is not good enough.

Pretty nice frypan. I've been using it for a few weeks now, and here are my thoughts.Pros.The Non Stick surface is really good. Water and even oil (mostly) just run straight off or bead up.Its easy to clean the black bottom is superior to the typical brushed metal finish.(I'll have to wait and see the durability of these features)Cons.On the induction hob, I have to set it a notch or two higher than the old curculon frypan, to achieve the same temperature.
This is a great frying pan, big enough to create delicous stir fries. We've bought other products about 1.5 years ago which do still look like new. Great quality!

I have another Neoflam wok with their older coating, and found this pan has better non-stick property. I love the pan's 8.4cm height side, helps prevent spill when cooking. It's large 26.5 heat conducting surface is also great for searing a single large piece meat or many small pieces of meat.The only down side I find so far is when I first got the pan, there were some kinda oil streak which can only be seen from an angle. I need to use the rough side of the non-stick sponge and give it some reasonable force to remove it. Worst pan I have ever had. Food has stuck to the surface and it has been first very difficult, then impossible to clean. I literally have to bin my nearly new pans - very disappointing.
I have only had this pan for a month, but so far so good. This pan looks beautiful, and you can actually see the sparkly diamonds in the nonstick coating. Apparently you can use metal on it (for those flatmates and partners who always forget!), but online complaints confirm that it is safer to use wood or silicon and also don’t use cooking sprays. The pan works on my induction hub and is definitely nonstick but still browns (with patience, if you are used to cooking on gas like I was). It is officially safe to 160 degrees in the oven, but I accidentally tested this by leaving it in the oven for 20 minutes when cooking something at 200 and there was no damage to the handle. Phew! One of my friend who works for a newspaper has advised me to ask you about warranty of the purchased frying pan.I was sure you being a big and serious company at firs will make apologies for your sold product but not find us your customers the guilty one and after all because the pan is still under warranty terms you could replace another one which is better.I don't want to publish this inconvenience in newspaper, but your team will force me to do.I have nothing to lose but lots of people will know how you treat your customers.
A star down because it was delivered with a little scratch on ceramic coating. That's why I'm not sure about "metal utensils safe" statement.
