Ive been using grenade for a while now. After trying many other brands, I have come to the conclusion that Grenade is far superior to the competition. My previous favorite was the Caramel Chaos Grenade bar, but after trying the new Oreo flavor, I can confidently say that it is on a whole other level. When I first saw that the bar only had 1 gram of sugar, I was skeptical that it would be flavorful. However, upon opening the package, I was immediately greeted by a strong oreo smell. All nice, I’d say the milk chocolate ones are a bit samey. White chocolate ones more distinctly different. (I bought a multi box with different flavours). V nice non sugary treat. No response re a faulty login from the company tho, for a matter that really is preventing a further purchase. Didn’t get free gift I chose wither which isn’t end of world clearly but why offer one when you qualify and then not send? The box direct from Grenade is much cheaper than buying in ones from supermarkets, they are still dear I guess - but for low sugar seeking people etc - a fabulous find.

Amazing bars but a lot of maltitol

These bars taste amazing ! The texture and flavour are fantastic. The big downside is the amount of maltitol per serving. It is unfortunate since it can impact blood sugar just like regular sugar when used in high amounts. I just make my serving 1/2 a bar to help offset the blood sugar spike. Unfortunately that cuts the protein in half too but it’s worth it to be able to enjoy these bars. If you aren’t concerned with blood sugar response ( ie net carbs, keto etc) then they are a perfect choice

Don't judge a book by its cover or protein bar by its wrapper!

I know people say you shouldnt judge a book by its cover but initially i was guilty of this and the picture on the wrapper looked a bit artificial! However it was in a trial pack and i thought i would give it a go. I was pleasantly surprised as the taste is great and it is a brilliant snack for post workout or at any point during the day. It was so good in the trial pack that i ordered a pack on offer of PB&J alone. Most of the flavours are pretty good and i think with the great deals i am shifting over to more Grenade Products from my usual nutritional supplements i use.Great texture, easy to eat and a wide variety of opting in the bars. First order direct from Grenade.Chose this bar as it had the highest protein content and lowest sugar content, originally.The description still states this, however, as the picture on the listing shows, protein has gone down and sugar up.Still one of the nicest bars I've had. Tried a few from a well known supermarket, but their prices have gone too high for a single bar, so thought I'd buy a box.No issues with the ordering process and will no doubt buy again.Just a little disappointed with the protein and sugar content changes.

Yet another winner from Al and the entire team at Grenade... this for me was the best protein bar in the World, until the Grenade OREO bar turned up! Although I alternate between the two. This is a slightly stronger flavour (which I personally CRAVE!) , but provides a touch more protein, a smidgeon less fat and bit less sugar... They even freshen your breath for those all important gym session hottie rendezvous! 😜😋😘

PICK & MIX REVIEW

If you would like to try a variety of flavours before buying a box, then this is just perfect. All of the flavours are just so delicious. I love the Lemon Cheesecake and will invest in a box. I’m not a fan of dark chocolate, so this was the perfect way for me to sample the Dark Raspberry & Dark Mint. I was impressed. Grenade have married the dark chocolate & flavours together with perfection. I will be a regular purchaser of pick & mix. I cannot fault it.

Too sweet, too bad for digestion :(

Taste is too sweet! It's just impossible to eat the whole bar, even with water. I start to choke from sweetness in my throat. It also disturbed terribly my digestion. There are too much sweeteners in one bar per day. And it should be written in bold and with large letters when you buy it on website, not just on the bar package with tiny letters. I cannot eat it. I think it is too harmful, but the seller tries to hide it by writing caution note with just very tiny letters on package.
