My cat has recently been diagnosed with IBD and EPI so this food was recommended by our vet. It is rather expensive I find, as my cat is a larger cat so eats quite a few pouches a day. However the food has really made a difference in helping to speed up my cats recovery. It is helping him to gain weight and become as healthy as possible.

My kitten struggles to digest most types of cat food with her IBS - I have tried a variety of brands and either she doesn't like the taste or the food will give her diarrhea. This is the only one that she seems to like and is actually able to digest. The wet food is enough to manage her condition and she is fine eating a non-prescription brand of kitten dry food. The only con of this product is that it smells quite bad and manages to fill up the whole room with its smell, but this is fair trade off to ensure my kitten has a healthy digestive system.

My cat was very poorly due to a bout of pancreatitis. The vet recommended this food. My cat didn't like the lumps in it, but I used a hand blender and turned it into a smoothie for him. He eats it now. He's recovered nicely from his illness and I'm keeping him on this food.
I bought this on the recommendation of a vet for our cat who is diabetic and has also recently been diagnosed as having pancreatitis. As a consequence he now suffers from diarrhoea. Although Max was quite happy to eat this food it was unfortunately ineffective at dealing with his diarrhoea.
I bought this for my 17 year old cat who has inflammatory bowel disease. Unfortunately, she didn't like the wet food and refused to eat it. I mashed it up, warmed it up, but she still refused to eat it. However, she loved the biscuits, as did my 11 year old cat. I've given it 3 stars simply because of the biscuits, but I wouldn't buy the wet food again.

The small packages are convenient with my senior cat, who only eats 28-30g dry food/day next to her prescription diet wet food.In 400 g packages the dry food remains fresh throughout.
I admit Marty wasn't that keen to start with and ravenously hungry having eaten it. With the vets recommendation I have started to mix with Weetabix to fill him up more. Fingers crossed this will work. Unfortunately Marty is still having to take ½ steroid twice a day to keep food down.
One of my senior cats developed a stomach problem after major surgery and had to be put onto a medicine that dealt with it. Unfortunately, it also irritated her stomach and it has been a nightmare to get her to eat. My vet suggested this food and I tried her on the different wet varieties but she didn't like them but has been happier with the dry version. She doesn't need a lot of encouragement to eat it.
