This is a great item in principle...if I could actually use it. While installation instructions are clear I followed them carefully and still made an absolute mess of installation so it's still not up on my wall.Perhaps in addition to having to print out the instructions myself it could mention that it is recommended two people are needed, with at least one that has experience drilling massive holes in walls (I have no idea how I'm going to remove these plugs now, I need to start over).

The unit doesn’t stretch between my two studs in the wall so we had to jury-rig it so that it would securely attach through the drywall and into the studs. Other than that, it seems solid and probably would deter a thief.

Easier to install than other reviews would have you believe; stylish design and best of all: complete peace of mind for my favourite non-living thing. The rubberised cradle section keeps the bike scuff-free too. Sadly my wife wouldn’t let me mount it on the living room wall..

Bought this product for a specific purpose and it fulfils that excellently. It was extremely easy to install (providing you have a decent drill) and works exactly how I want it to.
I can’t fault the lock itself, it’s super solid and has a quality feel. However, would it have been too much to ask to use bolts that use a standard size drill bit?? The instructions call for a 15mm masonry bit. Fine, I thought I’ll just go and pick one up from B&Q or Screwfix. You want 14mm or 16mm? Fine no problem, but 15? Nope, not standard. Had to resort to mail ordering one. Pointless and unnecessary!

This wall mounted lock is very well made and very easy to fit with easy instructions to follow. The design is great for a conventional cycle however my Specialized Stumpjumper mountain bike with its oversize down tube is very difficult to fit and removing the locking pin is difficult. The lock cannot be returned as I cannot get it off the wall due to the excellent security features!
Got this hanging outside to store my bike efficiently in the side return of terrace house. It also passes top Sold Secure rating for my insurance. Great quality all-in-one product.
Superb design, managing to make a bike lock look cool. Pretty easy to fit as long as you have the right size drill bit, and once up it is incredibly strong and virtually unbreakable without a sledgehammer. Easy to lock and release the bike, and the finish will not scratch your frame.Not a cheap solution, but a small price to pay compare to you best bike
I bought this Hiplok Airlok lock couple a weeks ago. I'm very satisfied with product, it's exactly what I was looking for a while. I'm using it for my road bike, but also my cheaper mountain bike fits perfectly. It's made of hardened steel frame (secured with quality plastic and rubber to protect the bike frame) and steel lock with a coded key (3 of them).Price is pretty high, but it's the only hanger mounted on the wall with steel lock.
