Was looking for a new washing machine after the Samsung one died. Have not ever used this brand and after reading the reviews I took the leap of faith!!! Wow amazing Value and excellent performance! I'm so glad I got this machine with the extra load capacity!!!

My first front loader after switching from a top loader. Apart from the different loading and unloading mechanics this machine looks stylish, it is quiet and easy to use. It is alot heavier than my top loader and only has a cold water outlet which isn't the best.Would recommend but maybe getting a different model with hot and cold.

Overall we’ve been happy with the performance of this machine, we replaced a Samsung unit which always struggled to balance when washing sheets and towels, the Hisense has performed well with the no issues with everything we have put in it from everyday basic clothes washes to heavy quilt covers and towels. The heavy items can be slow (up to 3 hours) but we set it to do the heavy items early in the morning ready to hung out to dry when we get up. Also love the self dispensing washing liquid and softner.

Bought this machine 3 weeks ago and lovin' it. I like the auto dispense for detergent and conditioner. Machine was delivered promptly after order. Didn't even need to make a trip to the store. Did a load of extra soiled today and ait worked really well. Hoping for longiitivity but so far so good and would Recommend
Super quite, washes our clothes beautifully, first time purchasing a front loader and I have to say I do love it! Takes liquid and powder, have never used this brand but so far has not disappointed- we have had this machine for 4weeks now we also grabbed a bargain price on this item
We bought this machine to replace our 10 year old Samsung which died and has never required any maintenance or repairs.I am giving an initial 5 star to this Hisense machine. It is taking a full Queen thick duvet cover, which was not possible with the Samsung. The auto dosing is a nice feature. I can't tell yet if it is more economical, but it is definitely very handy.It is not too noisy and overall a great upgrade from the old Samsung.The main reason we selected this model was the special price, the value for money. It is probable we would have selected another model if the price was without the discount.Also very important is the excellent JB HI-Fi service from Wendy at Melrose Plaza. I bought this 10 Kg Hisense 2 weeks ago, to replace old 7.5 Kg top load. Washer is quiet, clothes come out clean. Love the auto dose feature and stylish panel. Water temperature and washing time can be adjusted. Feel like solid and quality machine. Very happy with my decision.
Excellent washing machine. We have loaded the detergent and softener containers and let it judge how much to use on its own. Works very well and is very economic, that is, uses less than we used to use but still gets the clothes clean and smelling nice. Settings are easy to use and very flexible. All in all a great buy and highly recommended.
Love the washing machine especially auto dosing feature.. I get many more washes out of a bottle of detergent than when I did the dosing manually with my previous washing machine. Quick 15 min cycle is awesome too. Runs quiet.
Not sure about the auto dispenser of washing liquid. Doesn’t seem to dispense enough for a nice fragrance so I’ve switched it off to see if that’s better. Otherwise it’s great. Quick wash a boon. Towels come out a little harsh but soften up after 10 mins in the dryer. It’s quiet and I’m loving it.
