Even if you're *not* vegan, this is a great, high-quality, one-ingredient Turmeric! Okay, there a couple of fillers, but barely! I've been taking it for so many years, I only vaguely remember what the old packaging looked like! Haha! I take one capsule in the a.m. and one in the p.m. - always with food. I've tried taking more but have had gastrointestinal issues. I take it for arthritis pain. I've also tried *not* taking it, to see if it was really doing anything. Big mistake! I need to take two a day to get the relief. Works great! Any other benefits are a plus, as I only take and notice it to help with inflammation. I learned the hard way that it stains, so I tap a capsule into a small cup and tip cup to mouth. Perfect!
