My favourite K2 supplement, very effective! Necessary when supplementing with DYou have to take vitamin D with a K2 supplement because without K2, it will cause Calcium flowing into the bloodstream when you need it in the bones, K2 is responsible for that transfer. Especially for people with a stroke risk , it's important to supplement with K2 to keep arteries clear of Calcium. Also the Vit D blood levels shouldn't be above 60 ng, you get heart arrhythmias and sleeplessness even with 40 ng blood levels, and it only means you NEED to supplement K2 to lower that blood Calcium ! Many doctors don't prescribe K2 while prescribing high dosage of D, which is dangerous!

Using Vitamin D on it's own didn't seem to get my levels up, but when i added MK-7 my vitamin D moved up quickly as my doctor ran tests a few weeks later. At the time i had low Vit D, high parathyroid levels, i was getting lower back pain, pain in my fingers on waking, restless legs at night. Adding the MK7 made such a big difference and all my symptoms began to clear after 2 weeks of use. Clearly MK7 added to my Vit D made all the difference. The MK7 capsules are so tiny and you can virtually swallow them on their own. The dose was just right. I take MK-7 with my Vit D3. Since I take over 5,000 I.U. , my doctor told me to take K2 (or MK-7) to help make the D3 do it's thing in my body. I've been doing that for ten years. I can't swear to it but I haven't been sick in all that time. Never even got Covid. Interesting to note however, I read a medical study in 2009 that indicated a correlation between women who are deficient in Vit D3 and breast cancer. I won't swear to it but they are studying it and if you are deficient in D3, your immune system could very well be weak and open to all sorts of illnesses. Have your Vitamin D3 checked and if your numbers are low, start taking D3 and this MK-7. They will work in unison to improve your immune system.

Have been taking one K2 every night as part of my K2/D3 combo for nearly 10 years now. I won't stop as I had great results from my last bone density test. Also taking for my heart health. I take it with food and have never had any after taste. Happy that it is sourced from Natto. Small softgel cap very easy to swallow. I'm happy with the quality of ingredient and manufacturing and will continue to buy this brand.

I just had surgery on my knee and stopped taking MK-7 a week beforehand and will not take it for a couple of weeks post-op. I also ceased supplements that could potentially cause bleeding during surgery, such as curcumin (turmeric), omega oils, and several other products I take for their reputed anti-inflammatory properties--a couple of days post-op, I have resumed taking these anti-inflammatory supplements (as cleared by my physician) but will still hold off on the MK-7 . Please do your own research before you decide to take MK-7 and if already taking prescribed medications, ... This made a difference in the tarter/ plaque formation of two back teeth that never seem to go away! I take this with Vit D and magnesium and this combination has convinced me that the uptake/ absorption of calcium is going to the right place. I do take double dosage sometimes. The pill is small and easy to swallow. I like the ingredients and I am very happy with the quality of this product. I definitely will repurchase again.

I now give this to my father, with his Vit D, who has lost vision and he often finds the daylight glary, so wears sunglasses and doesn't get out into the sun much.
