Joseph Joseph - C-Pump Soap Dispenser Grey

It worked and stopped all the time. The pump doesn't work properly. First I contacted store wanted to return and then it worked, the next day it just stopped. I tried again a few days later and it still doesn't pump the liquid I don't know if I can still return or not. I just gave up. Its just not worth what you paid for.

This is not the exact model that I have but it’s the closest one that I can find on here. At least it’s the same brand. I added pictures to the description because I thought that would help. I really like the quality of this pump and I love that it has a flat top for when you have Sophie hands, you can just press down on the top and it comes out so much easier. I like the way that it looks and it cleans up nice. I don’t have to refill it all that often either. I like to keep it in my kitchen for dishes and I keep antibacterial soap in it. It said that it can be more sanitary of a surface because you press down with your palm instead of your dirty fingers so when you’re working with meats, the spread of bacteria is much less. I’m not sure how true that is but I do notice that I use my palm to push this down more often than not so I’m sure that it does help at least a little bit. All that aside I think it’s great and if it ever broke or something I probably would replace it. I don’t remember exactly how much it cost but I’m so cheap I’m sure I’d only buy it if it was on sale. 🤷‍♀️   

Good simple design

This is the second one of these I have purchased, first for kitchen, 2nd for utility. I had a battery operated hand motion design before which kept spiling its contents without me being anywhere near, very annoying. This soap dispenser is hygienic as you don't need to touch with your fingers just the side of your hand to dispense the soap and its doesn't get clogged. Holds a large amount of liquid so doesn't need filling often. Good all round design.

Great product!

I love all Joseph Joseph products - always clean and sleek in appearance and work great. This dispenser works both by pushing down on top piece or using the back of you hand on the inside piece. Easy to fill. One thing to think about -- the back of the hand dispensing option does not work for the big handed men in my house.

I've bought it again

The product is based in the kitchen so used many times throughout the day. I bought this dispenser to replace the exact same model which had broken so I already knew how good the product was. It's easy to use and dispenses just the right amount of soap which can be varied depending on the pressure applied to the pump.

Joseph Joseph C-Pump Soap Dispenser White/Green

The concept of this soap dispenser is good, you need to push the bottom part down with the back of your hand to get soap, so you don't need to touch the dispensing top part with dirty fingers. I found this quite hard to use but am getting used to it, it even caused me pain to turn my hand over and push the back down on the soap dispenser. I thought it was just me but my son had the same issue when he tried it. It really needs to be standing on the level though. It holds a lot of soap, the viewing window to see if it needs refilling is tiny and on the back, so you have to turn it round to see. The internal colour is amber, my soap is amber (pretty useless then) - I guess I will notice when the soap runs out anyway.

Product is missing in stock

I have been trying to purchase this item two times this month, my payment would go through and I would not receive the item because it is out of stock! I am confused because I can still can see it being available on line. Dear Joseph Joseph, please sort this is out! I am very looking forward to purchase it.

Simple to use, quirky and efficient.

They are easy to use and look interestingly different. The blob of liquid soap is just right. Somebody gave careful thought to how to use them by operating them with the back of your hand - quirky AND clever. It's the palms of hands that need most of the washing.We did have one of them reluctant to work, initially - then in the efforts to get it to squirt soap, I tipped it upside down, heard a bubbly, gluggy sound, put it right side up and all was go. Seems fine now.

Sink dishwashing soap dispenser

I use this in my sink with Ajax dish detergent. I have a marble countertop so leaving this in my sink on a stainless rack in a large farmhouse sink works great for me. No water stains on my marble. Easy to use for disbursing dish detergent on my sponge and scrubber. And, it matches my dish drainer. Love Joseph Joseph products.

Stuff to push down pump - returned

I was quite disappointed by this item and have returned it. It’s very top heavy which made me worry that once it was less than half full it would easily and annoyingly tip over when used. The pump was also very stiff so doesn’t feel suitable for leaving at the back of the sink or on a window ledge as you have to reach so far and then try to push down with quite a lot of force. All in all a nice idea but I don’t think the execution is very good, especially for such an expensive product.
