This is really a great quality product at a great price from Everten. It`s the perfect size and makes stir fry easy.A little tip though. Make sure you use steel wool as per instructions for seasoningDon't use a nylon scourer. it will not the remove the inside coating properly.

Giving this a one star because there is nothing less. This is not stainless! After the very first use, it has rust all over. It is rusted and when you wipe it, you can see the rust all over. This is harmful and definitely contaminates your meal.For such a price, ripping people off with substandard product.Please I need a full refund for this as this is cheating.

As with any wok, you just need to put in the work to season it first prior to use. Also need to keep in mind to scrub the bottom first where it meets the hob when using induction cooktop to prevent the coating from staining the glass. It did warp a bit when I seasoned it using gas burner. But overall, a great wok for home use.
Very good instructions accompany the purchase. Improperly sealed the wok. And now it is a pleasure to use. Makes a difference to Asian dishes to cook them in the wok. Easy to store. Very happy with this.
I recently learned how nasty non-stick pans can be there, so I started looking for alternatives. Carbon steel wok was an easy choice as it's relatively easy to season and would last for a long time when maintained properly. The instructions to set up were clear and I was able to season it nicely. It did stick the first time I cooked, but then after learning a new technique to cook, it is now NON-STICK! It retains heat really well and cooks my food a lot nicer than my non-stick wok. It is a bit heavy tough, so it can get tiring if you want to toss the food. I really enjoy being able to use metal on it as carbon steel work is designed for that.
Bought this on sale, good price. Size was perfect for what I wanted, good heavy solid wok. Looking forward to many years of use.
The wok is hard to season properly, the instructions say to wash in soapy water after using each time, but when I do that I end up having to season it again. Don’t know if this is normal or not, or whether it will improve in time. It looks quite unevenly stained as well, not just darkening with use.
Don't buy this garbage. It got totally rusty after the first use and leaves metal shards in the food. Totally UNSAFE !Buy a more quality product, which is safe for preparing food.
What a terrible experience with both House and Auspost!!I ordered a Wok on the 13th of June which was expected to arrive on the 15th of June. That date had well past with a delayed status on the Auspost app. I submitted an enquiry to Auspost to check the ETA of the parcel. Three days later Auspost responded that the parcel had been lost and it was recommended to contact the seller.On the same day I raised a ticket to House explaining the situation, but never got a response. I raised another ticket with the same outcome.Tried to call customer service but no one picks up!They have taken my money without resolving the issue, and someone from Auspost is now enjoying a succulent stir fry tonight using my wok!Extremely disappointed with both parties!!
