This is a very basic scent. It starts off with some Isuzu and Lemon, followed by geranium and lily of the valley, dries down to a nice musk with some cedar. Sometimes it leans too feminine for me (since I really dont like florals in Mens fragrances). The florals stick around too long and sometimes the florals go sour on me which kinda smells like Decaying plant matter lol. This fragrance also doesn’t last long maybe 4-5 hours max. However it does project well for a edt, 2-3 feet for the first 90 min. After that it kinda becomes a skin scent. This can be a signature scent for the summer months. I would wear this if inly the floral notes were toned down and if it didn’t smell “sour” to me sometimes. 5/10

I like that feeling. 2) Lemon with a slightly "wild" and "strange" start. 3) I get mental images of Japanese rural life, it even reminds me of the "Last Samurai" movie, cascades surrounded by Bamboo, lotions and saunas vapors, with "shakuhachi" (Japanese flute) as a background music, which gives a sacred and peaceful feeling. However, i recognize that it is not a bad fragrance, great quality and a pleasant drying, only that I enjoy it more on someone else but me. Finally due my father-in-law is visiting us from my country, taking into account that this fragrance is perfect in summer (in DR is Summer all year) i gave him, now he is more than happy and grateful. Moderate sillage and acceptable longevity. It feels fresh and clean, perfect for the afternoon and casual use. If you find it at an affordable price, of course I can recommend it.

All throughout highschool and college, DB Light Blue has been my signature scent. This past summer, I finally decided to branch out and try something new. After a lot of trialanderror, I realized I wanted a scent that was strong enough to have people notice throughout the entire day but not too strong to the point of being overpowering those nearby a headache. I wanted something that wasnt defined as only sweet, or only floral. I was in search for a complex feminine smell. LEau dIssey is everything that I wanted and some. It is a totally unique scent that I receive compliments on all day. It is feminine and fresh with light floral notes without being overpowering. Oneofakind and amazing I highly recommend.

One of the best fragrances ever created

This is by far one of the best fragrances ever created! It has proven to stand the test of time within the fragrance world. It is the perfect example why every man should have this wonderfully formulated and timeless fragrance in their collection forever. I have received tremendous compliments from women while wearing this fragrance. I've had women stop me that I didn't know and ask what I was wearing and requested permission to smell me closer or hug me to get the scent on them so they can continue to smell it for that day. Really good performer for a fresh scent

I got 2 of the 125ml 2012 bottles. So when I first got it, I was confused by the differences like the silver insert in the box, the different placement of the glue on the plastic and the size of the atomiser hole. But after watching JoyAmin and MaxForti and comparing the bottle with theirs, I can say that its all correct. Also, the way it lasts for more then 8 hours on skin and almost 2 days on my clothes. Plus, it has room filling performances for about 2-3 hours with great silage and 1 feet projection after 3 hours until 11-12 hours Theres no question based on the performance alone that its definitely original and yall can go for it. I think this fragrance deserves another mention! Not as ground breaking as the original was but it's still a solid fragrance! This definitely has the the original DNA but with a bit of a twist. It starts off fresh like the original with the Yuzu and citruses. Here's where the twist comes in! As it dries down it becomes dark and spicy with the nutmeg, cardamom and saffron with the nutmeg being more dominant. I don't get any cinnamon in this one. As it becomes close to my skin the incense, benzoin and amber become more noticeable with the papyrus and ambergris being more in the background. Performance is decent.
