It works mint asf so people saying it doesn't obviously didn't do it properly or leave it in long enough clearly I left it in my dark brown black regrowth a hour n bayum sooo blond I love it could just die lol jus needed one round of the conditioner that came with it was awesome n my hair isn't like straw yusss queen

I have used this in the past with no issues but this last box was terrible! It lightened my dark blonde/light brown hair maybe one shade, but the parts that got my roots are bright yellow! Amazon reviews confirm this is no longer a decent product.

It didn't really color my hair at all, I was already lightish blonde so it should have at least done something. I do not recommend.
Just bought this product, so glad I bought two on sale! Will definitely use again! I really can’t believe how good the results were!! I use to pay nearly two hundred dollars and the results are amazing!!
I have short hair that had been lightened once previously. This product gave good coverage and didn’t strip hair to the point of heavy damage. I would say it is good value for the price
Used on previously black box dyed hair and virgin level 3 dark brown hair. Left on for 45 minutes with the result of dark-medium yellow on my virgin hair and medium-light orange on my previously black box dyed ends. Pro's: Lightened really well for a single bleach and applied easily for an overall consistent colour. Product was semi-runny and was easy to apply but thick enough to use a tint brush and a bowl without spilling everywhere. Hair was very dry as expected but not as dry as I have encountered previously bleaching my dark hair as I needed at least 2 applications to get this result on my box dyed black hair. Con's: Purple conditioner did nothing in terms of colour, didn't really help hydrate the hair as much as I expected. If you are willing to buy multiple boxes or only want to do a small portion of your hair and you would like to colour or tone your hair afterwards to remove the brassy tones this is actually a really great product.
I find this to be the best hair lightener after bleaching. The colour is strong & gentle on a sensitiveScalp. It's my preference for platinum hair.
This colour was great. Unlike the previous 9.1 colour that was supposed to be ash blonde but turned out a mousey brown.Very happy with this very blonde colour and will use again.
Tried this bleach as I have had good luck with other bleaches before over dark / dyed hair (aka Nordic blonde Schwarzkopf) but wanted to try another instead so went for this one. Had pre bleached hair with orange / pink dye and this one didn’t remove any in the slightest .. didn’t change a single part of the dye even though was left in for 40 mins + saturated ..
