I had same item about 3 years ago and it was broken and I just bought this to replace old one. Consider I didn't purchased product care plan last time so I did with this time and there are 4 years replace warranty.
I have been using Lipikar Syndet AP + for about one year, and I am very satisfied with product's texture, effect on my dry skin prone to eczema. It is very mald but also very efficient
I mistakenly ordered this product since it showed up in skincare. I thought this is a refill pack of the body lotion. I called the customer care a few times, only to be bounced around. I also received an email from the customer care promising expeditious resolution. But nothing happened. I wasn't able to return the product.La Roche Posy has lost me permanently. Will never buy this brand ever again. There are plenty other clean beauty, less chemical brands out there!
Used on a scar on my forehead after taking the stitches off. Leaves a nice protective film, doesn't dry skin. I carried on using it to clean my face even after my scar has healed.
I always itch after a shower and applying this doesn’t stop the redness, but definitely stops the itch!
