GAVE ME CHEMICAL BURNS!!!

To give context about my skin type. I am very oily and very sensitive and am prone to acne and redness. I bought this cleanser about 3 weeks ago and started using it a week after I bought it (used for 2 weeks in total). At first, my redness stopped being so prominent and my acne got much better around the sides of more forehead (where I am very prone). I did notice that my acne eventually lessened, however my redness came back and I started getting irritated by the product. I thought it was my toner so I switched toners however the irritation persisted and just now, when I used my cleanser, my face burned up so badly and I got incredibly red. I bought this because of the hype, hoping to clear up some of my acne caused from my excess oil. I am SO upset that I was in tears. I don't have sensitive skin, my face has always been oily even in the colder months so I was hoping this was my saving grace, I was wrong. After three uses, as well as only washing my face at night, I technically only used this once a day for three days. I woke up the fourth day and my skin was so dry around my mouth I had to lather aquaphor to keep my skin together. The flaking was coming off in rolls. I thought I had perioral dermatitis but nothing changed except my cleanser, and I'm not on any steroids. My skin continued to feel like leather and now is discolored red. I have a sensitive, acne-prone skin type and as a result cannot use any facial wash. The search for an adequate facial wash has been exhausting. Removes Waterproof Mascara and makes my skin feel great

I use this for my first and second cleanse. The first go round I focus mainly on gently rubbing my eyelashes so my waterproof mascara comes off. This cleanser breaks it up nicely. On the second go round I focus on the entire face and it easily removes my sunscreen and makeup. When I use toner on a cotton ball afterward, the only places it ever picks any leftover dirt up is just on the edges where I might have missed. But everywhere I cleanse is totally clean. I have combo/oily skin, my husband has combo dry skin, yet we both love this cleanser. Its unfragranced which is great, but its natural smell is really pleasant. This is my favorite cleanser I've ever used!
