I received this product on February 14, and I've been incorporating it into my skincare routine since then. I've been trying to find a good moisturizer because my skin gets overly dry during the winter season. I've tried a lot, but most of them tend to clog my pores, until this one. The moisturizer has a dense consistency that spreads easily and absorbs quickly on the skin instead of sitting on top of the skin like a lot of thick moisturizers do. Normally I prefer fragrance free products, however the scent wasn’t overwhelming. It had a nice, light, fresh fragrance. The only drawback is I find it took a while to absorb into my skin. At first, it felt like the cream was just sitting on top of my skin. Eventually it did absorb though. This might be because it is a really thick cream.Overall, I rate it a 4/5. It’s perfect for harsh winters and anyone with really dry skin.

Nothing about it is greasy or like it will slip and slide around your face. This sets extremely well under makeup and also looks and feels fantastic on no makeup days! Overall this is going in my holy grail skin care category. Do yourself a favor if you find that you always have dry skin, and try the Laneige Water Bank Moisturizer. Your skin will thank you!
I’ve always enjoyed Laneige with their unique products and packaging, and the Water Bank Intensive Moisturizer is no exception. The packaging is really visually interesting and definitely stands out on your vanity, but the moisturizer inside is far and away more interesting.It is much thicker than I expected for anything with “water” in the name, even if it is the intensive version. I would probably categorize it somewhere between a cream and a balm, personally. For how thick it is it did spread very nicely on the skin. However even on my dry winter skin it didn’t absorb completely, leaving a bit of a sticky residue that I tend to shy away from. But it didn’t pill under makeup, which at least helps.
