Although charged for it I never received it. The delivery company claims they left it in a common entryway to a Toronto apartment building. No signature. No security. Consiglio says it’s not their issue. Read terms and conditions. I guess in today’s world it is ok to abandon a delivery in an apartment entry. Please be aware if you deal with this company (Consiglio) or their delivery service (FedEx).

Despite being marketed as suitable for all cooktops, this is no good for my gas cooktop as it is not stable and tips over on the handle side as you cook. A shame as I have a number of other Le Creuset pans which have been excellent.

Have used this for about a month now. AMAZING pan, I researched beforehand and this pan received very good reviews and was highly recommended by pro chefs. I will say that there is a learning curve to using this pan but once mastered, eggs and chicken NEVER stick and release very easily. Make sure to let it preheat on low to med heat with oil, meat must sizzle on contact and will release easily once browned and crispy. Looking forward to building my collection of this range.

I've had this pan for years. I bought it as soon as the range was released as I didn't want to non stick. I also bought the lid and it's really aided my delicious but lazy cooking life. With or without the lid, I can put anything in the oven and it cooks evenly with no issues. Very versatile and no need to buy "baking pans" either. Excellent value for money.
It is not easy to work with. But excellent quality. I have to put a bit of oil after cleaning to avoid little spot. For sure it is not like working with a t-gal but better for health
We bought this pan as a Christmas gift to ourselves, it was on sale which made it very appealing as this was our first try at a non-stick Le Creuset pan. We would not be disappointed! We love it so much, it's used in our kitchen almost daily. It really cooks well, heats up well and is easier than you'd expect to clean for a non-stick pan. A few months before that, we received an enamelled round french oven and it was simply incredible, from the cooking quality, versatility and ease of cleaning. Now with both products in our home, we want nothing else but Le Creuset cookware in our kitchen. Highly worth it!
30cm Pan was used once before developing a warp that now makes it unusable on a flat cooktop. Following the instructions, I never used more than a medium heat and it seems like that was too much for the pan. I'll accept the blame for potentially causing heat damage, but I would have expected the product to be of a high enough quality/durability to tolerate getting a little too hot one time, especially given the instructions said medium heat should be fine.I adore the cast-iron cookware from Le Creuset and have been extremely satisfied with my dutch-oven and braiser, I was expecting their other products to be equally high quality. Decided to move away from non-stick and enter the “real chef” level of cooking with these beautiful stainless steel frying pans! So far, I am obsessed with them! So glad to know any little bits of non-stick aren’t entering my body, and the food appears to cook with a “cleaner” and “brighter” appearance and taste! Perhaps not QUITE as easy to clean, but well worth it never the less. 5 stars for sure!
Really happy with Le creuset stainless steel pan, I think it outperforms All-clad pan. Even temperature, good sear, doesn't stick and quite easy to clean.
I bought the pan a month ago and we're getting used to it. It was a deliberate switch for environmental reasons, and it's a bit of a learning curve but well worth it!
