Been trying to find this set for ages. Description says it contains all pieces, so far Ive found one piece (rubber band) definitely not included, so I will now have to pay extra to get a replacement band. When I pay 95 for a set that claims to have all of the pieces, I expect all of the pieces.

I'm not keen on the stickers either and one of them, after trying to realign it, ended up going a bit translucent, so the front split window looks a bit of a mess now.I love the little details on the model, such as the brake and accelerator pedals, the moving seat bench/bed, the cupboard and so on, but my absolute favourite must be the tiny little air-cooled engine located behind the opening engine bay door, complete with cylinder head and fan belt!However, there are a couple of things I'm not so keen on. Having the wheels on fixed axles isn't great, but not the worst thing. The double doors into the living quarters don't close together properly, one of them is able to go a good few millimetres further in than the other and it doesn't look great. But the real annoyance is that roof: It's been mentioned before, but I'll say it again, it's just too fragile. The rising canopy breaks off way too easily when used and the rear end just collapses when trying to take it off. I can see how it can be strengthened, but it would require some reworking and would ultimately ruin the lines.All that said, it's a really nice set. I'm looking forward to building it again!
I bought the standard lighting kit for a MOC build. These kits are really easy to install if you take your time. The Standard kit is a big upgrade from the Classic kit as it’s modular so you’re not trying to deal with loads of wire that can tangle because it’s all joined together.Extras include 1 Blue flashing LED, 1 Red flashing LED and a pulsating White LED that sits behind the front VW logo.

I was a little disappointed when i opened the box on this kit as its supplied as a complete single loom rather than the usual individual elements that i was expecting.Also the instructions were printed on a single sheet of paper and were far from clear with some steps missing completely.A quick email to support and eventually a really good pdf. with clear instructions was sent. (i did add a few extra bricks to the base of my model and some electrical tape to keep the wiring tidy )As you can see from the main photos i used this particular kit on a MOC build.As with all the GOB kits these elevate your LEGO models to the next level.
Beautiful display case. The only downside to it is the display stand was very difficult to get into the base. This seems to be prevalent in all of the display cases. I understand it needs to be a good fit to support the Legos but it’s too tight when you can’t get the stand on . Maybe cut the base holder a little bit more or shave down the display stand. Case looks amazing when it is all put together!
