These Lexar 64 GB SDXC V-60, UHS-II cards works reliably in my Sony a6700, and Canon R5. I shoot photos only (no video) but 8 fps bursts of up to 16 shots load immediately.Stress testing using BlackMagicDesign (1-GB files) through a Lexar USB 3.1 card reader (UHS-I connection only) directly connected to an iMac USB-C port resulted in a sustained write speed of 38.5 MB/s and a read speed of 43.1 MB/s.. Obviously the write speed is limited by the UHS-I contacts only, so does not begin to represent the true write speed capability of this card in an UHS-II equipped camera. No idea of the long-term reliability of this card, but Lexar has an excellent reputation. I have many Lexar Cards and even the 10-year old ones still work fine in my Canon 80D.

I have found that the Lexar 256GB SDXC cards are both affordable and fast, making them an ideal choice for the second card slot in my Canon R3s, R5, and R6ii cameras. I use them to record back-ups in JPG format while the CFexpress card records primary RAW files. This setup has successfully allowed me to use ALL burst speeds without any issues. For my R6ii primary slot, I opt for the faster and pricier Lexar 256GB SDXCs 2000x. I always write image shots on both cards simultaneously, which proved to be a lifesaver during an important media event.

Now usually use a class 10 card for any camera or Canon camera that I have. But do to the high rate that this 90D. Pushes out 4K I decided to switch the car this time. This card definitely suits my need for high-speed shooting. The buffer time is clearly not as long as it would be with. My other cars that are just class 10. I highly recommend anyone who wants to shoot at a high frame rate. Or doing photography, what a continuous speed without the buffer? This card is definitely for you.

memory cards are supposed to store your images just taken on your camera, and when its time download to your computer etc. I have used many different brands over the years including Sandisk and Sony to name a few, ALL have done their job, with good speed and no problems what so ever with any brand. Maybe i am lucky, dunno, but they just plain work. The Lexar 1800 here i recently bought, 2 cards at 128 gb, do exactly the same. They are just as reliable as my Sony tough cards have been. Speed much the same. Since i do only a little 4k60 video, and shoot tons of stills on my Sony A7R5, this is enough speed as has been the Sony and Sandisk V60 cards i have. These Lexar cards work just as well as the other top brands i have used.
I bought these cards for a new camera. I'd previously used Lexar SDXC cards and have found them reliable. I wanted the fastest cards I could get an these fit the bill, very quick read and write speeds. I couldn't quite stretch to the V90 version but these V60s haven't left me disappointed.Camarthan Cameras were very help when I contacted them and the cards were dispatched the same day I ordered. Great service, very helpful and friendy. I will definitely be using them again.
I heard about lots of bad words of lexar cards, some people said they lost their data when use lexar. I think I'm lucky so I bought my first lexar card 3 years ago. After about half year the card start writing photos into it with really low speed. It's still doing that, but after format it's fine. The reason why I didn't ask them to change is their customer service is really messed up during that time an I can still use it if I format it every time before I use it. After 3 years, when I buy the FX3, I choose this V60 lexar cards, I was thinking after 3 years they should be better. Same thing happened. When I replay the clips on my FX3 it shows some error code randomly, and when I try to copy them into my hard drive, it just don't respond about every 2 seconds, ... MoreI heard about lots of bad words of lexar cards, some people said they lost their data when use lexar. I don't recommend buying any Lexar cards anymore. I won't buy them in the future as well. Your data is not safe, and the performance is unstable, you might suffer irrupted recording during your work.
I have a Canon R5 with 1 SD slot and 1 CFexpress slot. I shoot mostly stills (landscapes) and occasional birds in flight. I shoot a little video, although in the future I plan to get into shooting more video. I already have a couple of (other brand) 128GB V90 cards, which I got because of a great sale, and also a couple of CFExpress cards that are what I shoot video on.When I saw this 512GB V60 card on sale, the price per GB storage was just too tempting. My only concern was whether I'd be giving up too much performance using something less than a V90.I decided to go ahead and buy this 512GB V60 Lexar card because B&H had a very good sale at the time. Once I got the card, I did a little test and compared it to my 128GB V90 cards. In normal shooting situations there is virtually no difference. The fact that there are some of the higher end video modes I can't shoot to this card was never a concern since I shoot all my video to a CFExpress card and I don't really have any need to shoot higher than 4k anyway. My concern was with shooting stills, and specifically action shots where I'd be shooting High Speed drive mode (e.g., birds in flight, rodeos, sports, etc)My test involved timing how long it would take to hit the buffer on my R5 and how many shots I would get before that happened. Then, I timed how long it took to clear the buffer once it was full. Please note that I only went through the test a couple of times so this is by no means scientific. The Lexar 512GB V60 card did hit the buffer a little sooner, but was within half a second of the V90 cards. When the buffer was hit, the V90 card yielded around 73 images while the V60 only gave me 67. Yes a small difference, but not one that would matter to me very often, if ever. I don't typically hold down the shutter for 7 seconds but rather tend to shoot it short bursts of a couple seconds at a time. The other test was to see how long it took each card to clear the buffer once it was full. The difference here was a little more noticeable. The V60 card would clear the buffer in around 14 seconds, while the V90 was 5 seconds faster at 9 seconds. I could see where this could be an issue for some people, like professional sports shooters, but for me this difference will likely never be an issue, or at least very rarely.I've had this card in the camera for a bit over 5 months now and have determined that, for 99.99% of my use cases, this V60 card is more than adequate for my needs. Should I find myself in a venue where I feel a need a little more speed, I still have a couple of the 128GB V90 cards I can always use, or I can just shoot to the CFe card. Going forward I can't see spending significantly more $$ for V90 cards. I have been very happy with the performance/ price of this Lexar 512GB V60 card. That said, I won't say I'd never buy another V90 card...I could see myself getting more V90 cards if a very good deal were to come along, otherwise the V60 is a great value and I'd have no problem buying more of them.
I used Lexar USB and SD cards a lot in the past.At that time, I used the product without verifying its performance. Now let’s check the performance,I was so disappointed that I did not trust the Lexar USB because its writing speed was different from what was advertised. This product also has different write speeds: 210, 205, and 180.I don't know which one is correct, but I use it because it's okay if the speed is at a lower number. My camera is also a device that uses UHS-1 cards. And it's compatible with UHS-2, so it works well and it's fast.I am satisfied with the results I have used so far. This product gets good marks.
I upgraded to this LEXAR Pro SDXC 1800x card and it made my photography so much better. My old SD card only had a write speed of 64 MB/sec. When I shot with rapidfire at 11 FPS my buffer would not write fast enough and firing halted as the camera speed choked the writes at around 15-16 frames. With this new Lexar Card I never have buffering and never stop writing. It captures tons of frames and never stops writing to memory. So pleased with this card's speed. I'm a happy camper. Thanks LEXAR. And it's priced as a 2-PACK so it's an extreme bargain. A No Brainer.
I bought this Lexar 64GB Professional 1800x UHS-II SDXC Memory Card (GOLD Series) along with a SanDisk 64GB Extreme Pro CompactFlash Memory Card (160MB/s) to go in my newly acquired classic Canon 5DRS 50 megapixel DSLR. I have this card copying full size RAW files and the CF card recording large JPEGs. It can take 12 to 15 full-size 50 megapixel files in high-speed continuous mode and then a few more at a little slower rate before buffering, which is usually pretty quick to digest them. I’m doing landscape mostly so it is more than adequate for about 800 RAW and 3400 large JEPG and I thought both were available at a very reasonable price.
