After using for nearly a year, I decided to reorder this multi-vitamin powder since I haven't found anything better. My research shows it's by far one of the most well-balanced and digestable multi-vitamins out there. It is quite tart and sweet (probably because there is an added sweetener which is why I gave it only 4 stars) so, for me personally, it's unbearable to simply drink after mixing with water.But I use this as a supplement in my morning whole food fruit/veggie VitaMix smoothie and the sweetness balances the bitterness of kale and the veggie taste of chard, cucumber, etc. so for that use it's perfect.

I really like being able to take my supplements in powder form whenever possible. Better assimilation and no magnesium stearate. I love that it's packed with a lot of nutrients including antioxidants. I noticed it was sweeter, though, and when I looked at the ingredients I saw stevia. I know it's a natural sweetener, but it's still a sweetener and I'm sensitive to sweeteners, especially in the morning so I may have to switch to the tablet form. It's too bad our taste buds have been conditioned to want everything sweet, and LEF is just responding to that need, but it's getting harder and harder to find powders without sweeteners.

Since I detest swallowing a lot of pills, I was very happy to learn about a powder mix that had so many good ingredients - I ordered it immediately. I was so disappointed when I tasted it - it tasted awful to me! It had a bitter/sour taste to it that I couldn't mask no matter what I mixed it with. I wound up asking for a refund (back to swallowing pills). I sure hope you can do something about the taste. I use a powder (targeted ingredients - not a multi vitamin) by another company that has a very pleasant taste (a very mild vanilla flavor) - it's wonderful. Please work on making it taste neutral!

It really made me feel great, but I could only get it through someone I worked with as his wife had a vitamin shop that carried that particular brand. Since then I have been through all types of different multi's and nothing has been quite the same until now. I read the ingredients and realized that it was close to what I took back then. Years ago, I tried the powder, but didn't have much success finding something to mix it in. Well, this time I hit the jackpot. I don't know how it changed, but it mixes instantly with my protein shake and tastes great, not grainy at all. I particularly like it with the banana protein powder. I mix coconut milk, protein powder and 2 scoops of LE Mix. Done. Now I just have 3 tablets left to have with dinner. I don't know to give a good or bad review. So awesome it seems to have all great ingredients. But omggg it taste really bad! Really bad!! haha I'm not sure if I'd prefer swallowing a buncha pills or taking this. I'll give it a try for a while and probably give-up on it eventually.

Yes, it has sweetener and flavoring but mixed in a small amount of OJ, it tastes strongly like vitamins plus sweetener and flavoring. I hesitated but figured I should just try it in a smoothy (I wasn't willing to ruin a smoothy prev. to this). Well, once blended, the offensive flavor disappeared. BTW, it also makes any graininess unnoticeable. I'm thrilled because I will keep this mix which is less costly than the tablets, has all the added superfoods and is highly absorbable. I certainly prefer swallowing a smoothy rather than tablets.I give it 4 stars because it does not explain, on the label, that the flavor might be best be masked by blending it into a fruit/veggie/whey blender smoothy. Although very high quality, the taste is strong and not very good. No matter what you mix it with, it just tastes bad. It also stains anything it touches, including your mouth. You have to be very careful when drinking it not to get it on the outside of your lips or you will have an brownish/orange mustache, which is difficult when you trying to slam it down to avoid the taste. It does not mix well even in water and there is product left over in every glass. Between the taste, the staining, and the mixing issues, you just find reasons not to take it after a while. I switched to the capsules and am much happier.
I used to feel tired about 9 years ago when I was doing my medical studies. I tried every thing on the market all the vitamins I found at pharmacies, all vitamin stores,nothing worked! Until I found this product that made a world of difference, of course some persons might be critical of the taste this is not a soda powder those things you buy at the corner store, this is for your health which is a big difference, this powder tastes really great with orange juice. I recommended this product many, many times and will continue to do so!
