I purchased the Life Extension Two-Per-Day Multivitamin after thorough research and comparing nutritional values across various high-strength brands available based by the suggest dosage of a nutritional book I use as a reference. I must say, this multivitamin has exceeded my expectations and provide the highest value so far. The second place was Alive high strength which hasn't come close. What truly stands out about this multivitamin is its comprehensive nutritional profile. It contains a wide range of essential vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients that support overall health and well-being. From vitamins A, C, and E to essential minerals like zinc and selenium, it covers all the bases. By taking them separately I hope that will enhance the absorption rate.Another aspect worth mentioning is the quality of Life Extension products. I appreciate their commitment to using premium ingredients and adhering to strict quality standards and very thoughtful combination. This gives me confidence that I am providing my family with a reliable and effective multivitamin.

The very first thing I noticed was that these are VERY potent. I likely had some deficiencies as I took one pill with a meal (the recommended dose is 2x a day ... DIVIDE THEM; do not take them both at once) and felt a huge rush of energy within an hour or so. So it does take effect quite quickly.Great list of ingredients and quality. I suspect many people who are already taking other supplements and eating well can get away with just one a day. Do take a look and make sure you're not exceeding your D levels and list off/ cycle them. When taking multivitamins like this, prevention is important as to not blindly take them continuously. Otherwise, highly recommend this brand!

I would give this multi 10 stars if I could. It's similar to doctor-prescribed Thorne brand, but at a much more reasonable price. It contains the bio-available forms of B vitamins, for example (1) the methylcobalamin form of B12, rather than cyanocobalamin, and (2) actual folate instead of poorly-absorbed 'folic acid'. The bio-available forms don't require your liver to perform enzymatic chemical reactions in order for your body to use them. This is great because we all differ genetically w/ regard to our liver enzyme activity. Our enzyme activity also decreases with age. Doses of B vitamins in this multi are high (not uncommon), but there is no established upper limit (UL) on many B vitamins because they are water-soluble, meaning, the excess is flushed out rather ... MoreI would give this multi 10 stars if I could. That's why I take each of the recommended 2 capsules separately, at different times of the day. This multi also contains K2 (different from K1, the clotting vitamin) which isn't found in most multivitamins. K2 is a calcium transporter, which means it moves excess calcium out of your blood and soft tissues, such as your blood vessels, corneas etc., and into your bones & teeth where it belongs. Search online with the words "k2 aids cardiac health and bone health" and you'll see what I mean.) This multivitamin/multimineral has been independently tested by Consumer Lab to contain what it claims. Life Extension products consistently test well, and are also recommended by doctors. (No, I don't work for Life Extension, but maybe I should!) :)

I recently started using this multivitamin supplement, and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations in every way. Unlike other multivitamins that offer minimal amounts of each nutrient, this supplement provides generous quantities, making sure that I receive the full benefits of each vitamin and mineral, great size. This is particularly important for individuals like me (with my age around 40 years) who have specific dietary requirements and need to ensure they are getting enough of each nutrient. Moreover, the price of this multivitamin supplement is unbeatable. After comparing it with several other products on the market, I found that this one offers the best value for money. Not only does it provide a wide range of nutrients, but it also does so at a fraction of the cost of other brands. This makes it an affordable option for anyone looking to improve their overall health without breaking the bank.In conclusion, I highly recommend this multivitamin supplement to anyone in search of a high-quality, affordable, and comprehensive nutritional solution. The excellent distribution of ingredients, high concentration of nutrients, and unbeatable price make it the best choice on the market. Give it a try, and you won’t be disappointed!I hope you find this review helpful! 😊
We have been taking this vitamin for ages. I sometimes take just half or even divide tablets into 3 pieces and take one piece daily because they are quite strong and powerful.I feel more energised and need less sleep and a better mood. The skin looks nicer. My mum who is 67 started taking and feels much better and she notices the difference when she stops taking them. The only problem I see is high dosages; not everyone needs the same dose. Like I have 52 kg and my husband 97 kg so we don't need the same dose. B12 is a very high dosage so potentially can cause some problems. Watch out and test the B12 level prior to taking it.
Someone please tell their marketing team that this yellowish thing is a disaster for a high quality and excellent composition multivitamin. After much and careful research I concluded that this was the best multivitamin composition that considered best for me and ordered a pack of 60 caps. It arrive well and not damaged. When I opened it, it was my first surprise that the pack was quite large and the caps filled something like 1/4 of the bottle only. Then, I had to remove some raw cotton that was in it and noticed that the cotton was yellowish from something oily spilled over it. I read the reviews before I order it and many have experienced the same. Well due to the cotton, the caps were not soaked in this material, but this thing really killed my whole experience. ... MoreSomeone please tell their marketing team that this yellowish thing is a disaster for a high quality and excellent composition multivitamin. The composition of the multivitamin is perfect for me, but this yellowish thing was like what the heck is this the first time in life the make vitamins? I buy vitamins for decades, this happens first time. Maybe they need to make it only in other form as most obviously some of the material in the caps leaks, resulting both to bad experience but also when one takes the caps of vitamins, it means that it does not get what was spilled over. And the bottle. They seem to be using the same bottle, irrespective if you order 30 pieces or 200 pieces, it is large. The size of the caps is normal.
Read the label before buying. Tablet size is ok for me. Most people take just one tablet a day and they're fine. In my case I tried one tablet of this plus some other workout supplement before I started some physically demanding work, and a few hours later my chest hurt and I thought I was going to faint. I didn't get one wink of sleep either that night. The other supplement, on its own and combined with others, never gave me any issues so it has to be this multivitamin. A week later I tried this with half a tablet - better outcome but I still felt a little chest tightness.I've tried LE's B Vitamin complex with no issue, so it can't be the potency of the B Vitamins.I've been taking a half tablet once a week instead of daily, and recently been feeling minor chest ... MoreRead the label before buying. One of the best - if not THE best - Mulit-vit/min out there. The nutrients are in highly bioavailable forms, AND in high concentrations = a winning combination. The only other multivitamin that comes close is Thorne's Basic Nutrients 2/Day, but it's almost DOUBLE the cost, for HALF the amount! I also LOVE the fact that Life Extension did not include calcium in this formula. Calcium is mostly a filler and a major antagonist to other nutrients! We get WAY TOO MUCH calcium as it is, which contributes to calcification problems in the body, and cardiovascular issues. It's almost impossible to find a formula without calcium, but Life Extension is ahead of the game on that one! If Life Extension is looking to improve the formula I would swap the Magnesium Oxide for a ... MoreOne of the best - if not THE best - Mulit-vit/min out there. If Life Extension is looking to improve the formula I would swap the Magnesium Oxide for a better magnesium (i.e., malate, glycinate), and I would include vitamin K2 (MK7). However, as magnesium is a MACRO mineral, we need it much larger amounts than what you will find in any multi, so it's not a big deal, as I usually purchase a separate Magnesium anyway.
Overall, Life Extension's Two-Per-Day Multivitamin is a solid choice for anyone looking for a comprehensive daily supplement. The blend of vitamins and minerals is impressive, offering a wide range of nutrients in just two capsules per day. I’ve noticed a positive difference in my energy levels and overall well-being since starting them. the package is comfotable to use. However, the one downside for me is the smell and taste. It’s a bit strong and not very pleasant, which makes it harder to take sometimes. That being said, the other aspects of the product are great, including the easy-to-swallow (maybe a little bit on the bigger side) capsules and the excellent nutritional profile. If you can get past the smell, this is a fantastic multivitamin for daily health ... MoreOverall, Life Extension's Two-Per-Day Multivitamin is a solid choice for anyone looking for a comprehensive daily supplement.
